Welcome to the Center of the Universe,
Session 4,
Level 1 of the I Love Me Meditation Series.
Take a moment,
In preparation for the meditation,
To get into a comfortable position in a place where you won't be disturbed.
And so we begin.
As you close your eyes,
Tune into your breath.
Notice your body.
Facing the tensions and thoughts of your day.
Allow yourself to become relaxed.
Connecting with your breath.
Breathing in chi.
Now focus in your heart chakra,
The center of your chest.
Activating it with breath,
Chi,
And your love frequency.
Stimulating and opening it.
Feeling your heart chakra expanding,
Enlarging,
And growing.
Begin to rotate the energy within your heart chakra in a clockwise direction,
And feeling the warmth expanding your chest.
And take another deep breath in through your heart chakra,
Drawing in the available energies that are present here,
The abundance of vital life force.
Feel this and state inside of yourself,
I love me.
As you exhale,
Exhale this message of I love me,
Sending it to every part of your body,
Mind being.
And sending it to your toes,
Your feet,
And flowing into the ankles and calves,
Knees and thighs.
Taking your way up the body,
Root chakra at the base of your spine,
And filling your pelvis with love.
Feeling the second chakra in the pelvic region,
The lower back,
The belly,
Solar plexus chakra below the diaphragm,
Sending love into the ribs,
Chest,
Heart chakra,
Upper back,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
And hands.
Then coming back up your arms,
Into your neck,
Flowing love into your throat chakra,
Head,
Face,
Third eye chakra,
And crown,
Taking time to fill every part of yourself with I love me.
Now,
Drawing in life force from the atmosphere about you to your heart chakra,
Exhale and begin to radiate I love me out from your body,
Passing into your aura,
Filling your aura side to side,
Below your feet,
Above your head,
Out in front of you,
And then completing it behind you at your back.
Now opening the back of the heart chakra,
Open the spine,
Becoming aware of the spaces between the vertebrae,
Exhaling and sending this love-charged frequency between the vertebrae,
Clearing,
Cleansing,
And filling in the back part of your aura,
Making your auric field egg-shaped,
Smooth and complete,
Making repairs and filling any gaps or rough spots with the love frequency,
And filling the entire aura with love.
Push out any energies,
Thoughts,
Or feelings not in harmony with your love frequency,
And seal off your aura with love.
See your aura filled with white light,
Sending the message,
I love me,
To all the cells of your body.
See all the cells of your body begin to remember the perfect pattern of their original alignment.
Your body's original blueprint.
Feel this activity and proclaim within you to yourself,
All is well,
I love me.
As you are feeling the love frequency,
See a pillar of clear white light descending upon you,
Sliding down over you,
Completely surrounding and encasing your aura,
Radiating white light,
Affecting every cell,
Every particle of your body and your aura.
See it radiate and glow in brightness,
In whiteness,
As you continue to generate love to yourself,
In yourself.
Pull the beam into you through the crown chakra and fill your spinal column with white light.
Follow the blending of this white light with the frequency of love you are generating.
Now breathing in the life force,
Direct it down to your first chakra,
Your root,
At the base of your tailbone,
With breath and the frequency of love moving through your root chakra,
Stimulating it,
Opening it,
Activating,
Feeling it opening and expanding.
Now breathing in the life force,
Direct it down to your first chakra,
Your root,
At the base of your tailbone,
With breath and the frequency of love moving through your root chakra,
Stimulating it,
Opening it,
Activating it,
Feeling it opening and expanding.
Now when you exhale,
Send a beam of white light out of your root chakra,
Down into the earth,
Using breath,
Reaching through its surface,
Deep into its body,
Down into the earth,
Below the soil level,
Moving all the way down and locating a vein of pure gold.
Once you make contact with that vein of pure gold,
Feel the gold light radiate back up that beam.
As you inhale,
Draw its golden,
Vibrant frequency into you.
Feel it as it mingles with the white light and the love frequency that you are generating,
Connecting every cell of your body-mind being.
And now with breath and love frequency,
See your beam of white light moving down through this vein of pure gold,
Deeper into the earth,
Going all the way down to where you make contact with the center core of the earth.
Connect with the center of the earth and with your next inhalation,
Draw this energy up the beam of light from the core of the earth up into yourself.
Feel its grounding,
Centering and balancing effect upon you,
Mingling with all of the light frequency within you.
Feel it connecting every cell of you.
Feel an exchange being made,
Your love frequency and her love frequency.
Feel her radiating back up to you,
Groundedness,
Centeredness and balance,
Mixing with the gold and the white and the love frequency that is beginning to move faster within you.
Feel it as it is stirred,
Connecting to the core of the earth,
Grounding you,
Centering you and balancing you.
Feel that message being conveyed to every cell of you.
You are now connected with the earth.
Now inhale again and with the love frequency being generated,
Feel the energy as it flows to your crown chakra at the top of your head,
Stimulating,
Opening,
Expanding,
Up and out in a funnel shape.
Feel the opening of the crown chakra growing larger and upon exhaling,
Send this love energy as a beam of white light out of your crown chakra into the sky,
Up,
Up into the atmosphere,
Up into space.
You're moving upwards,
Using your breath,
Directing it all the way to the center of the universe.
And now as you inhale,
Draw energy down the beam of white light from the center of the universe.
Back down to you,
It beams cosmic consciousness that then mixes and blends with the love frequency you're generating,
The golden light from the pure gold of the earth,
The grounding,
Balancing,
Centering energy of the earth,
Moving up and down and all around inside of you.
With the love frequency that you are generating,
An exchange is being made between the universal love connection and your personal love frequency.
You are now connected to the center of the universe.
Affirm to yourself,
Within yourself,
I am connected.
Take a moment to feel your connections in love,
To your own heart,
To white light,
To the earth,
To the universe.
From time to time,
Let yourself return to your connections,
Reviving your awareness with them as you continue to generate love inside yourself,
For yourself.
Get to know this vehicle that is yours.
It is far more valuable than you know.
As a matter of fact,
It is priceless.
Now begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Back to the room,
Feeling gratitude for the connections made and taking your time.
Gently and lovingly beginning to move your body as it's ready,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Gradually bringing your attention back to this space and when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
