I Love Me Meditation Series: Level 2 ~ Class 6

Welcome to All Chakra Activation,

Class 6 of 6 in the I Love Me Meditation Level 2 series.

In this session,

We use infinity symbols to activate all seven major chakras.

From this activated state,

We begin to reconsider how we have defined ourselves and our realities.

We move beyond old patterns of limited thinking and stimulate pathways to experience greater personal power and fulfillment,

All within the life-giving frequencies of love,

Trust,

And value.

And so we begin.

As you close your eyes,

Tune into your breath and notice your body,

Releasing the tensions and thoughts of your day.

Allow yourself to become relaxed,

Breathing in vital life force,

Relaxing more and more as you breathe,

Deeply and evenly.

Begin to feel love inside yourself for the sweet,

Magnificent being you are.

Take a deep breath into your heart chakra,

Saying to yourself,

I love me.

And exhale the sweetness and light of your love to every part of your body.

Beginning with the feet,

Gently fill your legs and lower body all the way up to your waist,

I love me.

And now filling the body from the waist up to the shoulders,

I love me.

Now send your love down your arms and into your hands and fingers.

Send it back up your arms and into your neck,

Filling your head,

Face,

And crown.

Take time to fill every part of yourself with I love me.

Begin to draw in love filled life force with your breath from the atmosphere about you to your heart chakra.

Exhale and begin to fill your aura with I love me in sweetness and light,

Making sure to fill all parts of your auric field with the shimmering light of your love frequency,

Making your aura smooth and complete.

Now connect with the frequency of trust,

I trust me.

Send trust to every part of your body,

Mind being,

Filling your physical body and extending trust for yourself out into your aura,

Surrounding yourself with I trust me.

And now working with the frequency of value,

I value me.

Feeling your sense of value for yourself.

I value me and sending this frequency to every part of your body,

Mind being,

Filling your physical and auric space.

I value me.

See a pillar of exquisite,

Clear,

Sparkling white light descending upon you,

Completely surrounding and encasing you.

Feel this light into you through your crown chakra,

Filling your spinal column all the way to your tailbone with white light.

Feel your solar plexus,

And feel your heart,

And feel this white light blending with the frequencies of love,

Trust and value that you're generating,

And feel yourself bathed in light.

Breathe in chi with love and direct it down to your root chakra.

Gently open it and send a beam of white light out your first chakra into the earth,

Locating a vein of pure gold.

Inhale,

Drawing its magnificent golden frequency into you.

And now with breath,

Send your beam of white light deeper into the earth to make contact with the earth's core,

Her heart.

Draw her loving presence into you and feel her grounding,

Centering and balancing effect upon you,

Mingling with all the light and positive frequencies within you.

Send her the message,

I love me.

I love you.

I trust me.

I trust you.

I value me.

I value you.

You are now connected with the earth.

Inhale again and feel the energy flow to your crown chakra.

Open exhaling,

Send this love energy as a beam of white light,

Using your breath,

Directing it all the way to the center of the universe.

As you inhale,

Draw cosmic consciousness and love back down the beam of light.

Send the message,

I love me.

I love you.

I trust me.

I trust you.

I value me.

I value you.

You are now connected to the center of the universe.

Affirm to yourself within yourself.

I am connected.

Generating the frequencies of love,

Trust,

And value.

Return to your heart chakra,

Exhale and send a beam of white light directly to the soul matrix of humanity.

Inhale this connection back into you,

Sending the message,

I love me.

I love you.

I trust me.

I trust you.

I value me.

I value you.

To the soul matrix of humanity,

Allowing an exchange of energies to take place.

Upon your next exhale,

Feel yourself filling your aura with this connection,

As well as with the other connections you have made.

And stating inside yourself,

I am connected.

And now go to the heart chakra and activate an infinity symbol with your love frequency.

As you can,

See its pattern in white light.

Trace its pattern back and forth,

Activating the chakra with the infinity symbol,

Using breath,

Light,

And love.

As you can,

Keep the infinity symbol moving in your heart chakra,

As you move down to the solar plexus chakra,

Activating the infinity symbol there with light and frequency.

Now moving down to the second chakra,

Just above your pubic bone,

Activate an infinity symbol there,

Activating this region in light.

Moving down to the root chakra,

Activate an infinity symbol in the root chakra,

Using light and the frequency of love.

And as you can,

Keep all these symbols moving at once.

And now come up to the throat chakra at the lower part of your neck,

Near the indentation between your collar bones.

Use your fingers to locate it if you need to.

Activate an infinity symbol there,

Glowing in light,

Activated in love.

Love fills your throat chakra as the infinity symbol charges this area.

Activate an infinity symbol at the brow chakra,

Connecting right and left hemispheres in light.

Now allow the symbol to rotate,

Connecting both hemispheres to the primal brain at the base of the skull,

And continue to generate I love me.

Then move to the crown chakra at the top of your head,

The area where a baby's soft spot might be.

Connecting an infinity symbol here with light and love.

Activate one more infinity symbol that traverses the length of your body from the crown to the root,

Connecting all of the infinity symbols,

All of the chakras.

In this way,

You have made your connections and activated yourself,

Your chakra centers.

You are connecting them with love,

The infinity symbols,

And white light.

Now gather the energy being created from this state of being and harness it to your intention,

Relating within yourself.

My intention is to draw upon my source that I gain from it the information and energy I need to develop myself to my full potential as a human being.

Continue following the pattern of the infinity symbol connecting throughout your chakras,

Opening in the awareness of your higher self.

With breath and frequency,

You are expanding your awareness.

You are revealing more of who you are and feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence,

Feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence,

And feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence.

You may release the infinity symbols now if you wish.

Stay relaxed and present.

Continue to generate the frequency of love as you listen.

When you choose to generate the frequency of love for yourself,

You begin to align yourself with a universal reality.

Reality acts as a mirror.

Your life is reality mirroring back to you what you are generating and creating.

When you choose to generate the frequencies of love and trust,

You begin to,

Like an electrician,

Rewire your house.

As you think and feel,

So do you create.

Your thoughts and feelings come into manifest form in your creations.

You reveal yourself to yourself through your creations.

As you pay attention and free yourself from old patterns of judgments,

You rewire yourself so that you can either bypass these circuits of critical thinking or redo them so they run much more efficiently instead of acting as a block,

Preventing you from going any further.

Whenever you come to your conclusions,

Your judgments,

You stop right there.

That's it.

That's as far as you go.

Truth exists.

Reality exists.

Belief is your particular perspective of reality is just that,

One particular view among billions.

Who you really are is shrouded by a limited belief in a self you have assumed yourself to be.

You are being encouraged to go beyond your assumptions,

Go beyond your beliefs.

You are encouraged to redefine yourself,

Rethink who you have come to believe yourself to be and discover more of who you are through exercising more of your personal power.

Mostly choose the frequency you generate in your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Your actions and in what you want.

Who do you want to be?

Where do you want to be?

Who do you want to be with?

Make conscious choices instead of allowing your life to be determined and decided on by an authority outside yourself.

Anytime you go to an authority outside yourself,

You enter the realm of limited thinking.

In case you didn't hear that,

Anytime you go to an authority outside yourself,

You enter the realm of limited thinking.

If you were to discover your own authority,

It would lead you to unlimited thinking.

Think about that.

Power,

Personal power,

Discovery.

To a certain extent,

What you experience in discovery,

What may burst upon your consciousness in the form of inspiration,

Illumination or revelation is simply you going beyond where you used to stop.

Go with the flow.

Move with grace.

Move honoring yourself.

Move in love.

As you go beyond your stops and your blocks,

You discover more of who you are.

Remember,

No matter how I have believed it,

Life has always honored me.

Life is my source for all and always honors my intention.

I shall get my intentions clear,

Knowing that they will guide me to fulfillment.

Now,

Take a moment to bring your attention to the present moment as fully as you can,

Feeling your body and its frequencies of love and trust and value.

I love me.

I trust me.

I value me.

I love,

I trust and value every being on this planet.

I love,

Trust and value the perfect order of the universe and all beings in life.

Through the frequencies of love,

Trust and value,

I will choose to live this life to my highest potential.

I will let my light shine.

I will share it with others.

I will recognize the magnificent being of light that I am.

I give thanks.

Take another moment to allow the frequency of gratitude to wash through you and send it out wherever you wish it to go.

And as you're ready,

Slowly and gently and lovingly bring your awareness back into the room.

Bring back.

And as you are ready,

Slowly opening your eyes.
