Taking this moment to drop in to your body.
Feeling the breath move in and out of your body.
Dropping wholeheartedly into this moment.
Feeling the sensation of your inhale and your exhale.
Letting all else dissolve.
Any conversations,
Any thoughts,
Any distractions.
You're not denying them,
You're acknowledging them.
But you're choosing to focus on your breath,
In your body,
In this moment.
And you're giving permission for all else to dissolve.
As you awaken to the here and now.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Don't alter it,
Just noticing the natural rhythm of your breath in this moment.
Let your attention rest in the palms of your hands.
Notice the sensations present in the palms of your hands.
You can let them rest,
The palms turned upwards if that helps.
And just feeling the sensations.
Sensations you feel in your hands in this moment.
And now shift that attention to your feet.
Just noticing the soles of your feet.
And the sensations that are present in this moment,
In the soles of your feet.
Notice it.
Now let that attention expand through your whole body.
Feeling the sensations present throughout your whole body.
What do you feel upon your skin?
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
What do you hear?
What do you see?
Feel the energy of your body expand with each breath.
Your whole body expanding with each breath.
Divinely connected to the energy of the earth,
The sun,
The moon,
The sky,
The ocean,
To the universe.
Returning to this body,
To this moment with each breath.
Remembering that you are the one.
That you are one with the universe,
With the ocean,
With the sky,
The sun,
The moon,
The earth.
With all of creation.
Each breath.
Moment to moment.
Awakening to yourself.
When you are ready,
Gently bring the palms to touch and start to rub them together.
Rub them vigorously together until you feel that warmth between the palms.
Link up your hands over your eyes.
You can start blinking.
And then let the palms come together in Anjala Mudra in front of your heart.
As you bow your head towards your heart,
You bow with humility,
With grace and with love.
For this moment.
Breath by breath,
Moment by moment.
Namaste.
