This is a little piece of music I recently made consisting of some pitched-down notes from a tongue drum. I pitched them down to bring them into a frequency range that resonates with calm in the mind (around 400 to 500 kHz). Many studies have taken place on the psychological effects of certain sounds in certain frequencies over the years, and there is significant evidence that suggests that low-frequency sounds can be helpful for a wide variety of psychological issues and even minor to moderate physical pain relief in some individuals via genetic signaling. Many find sounds around this area of the sonic spectrum particularly calming. It develops in subtle ways throughout the journey, with some Sitar accompanying the drone sounds later on. This is something I created and tailored for my own meditation experiences, and I find it really works for me. It may not be for everybody, but I thought I would share here in the hopes that it also benefits others in some way.

I really liked this audio, found it very calming. Was intriguing, mellow and a little haunting. Enjoyed the steady beat, and the Sitar coming in was great. Glad to see you can repeat it endlessly. Thanks a lot for this!
