A mantra meditation for joy.

I'll have you get comfortable either lying down or sitting up tall in a chair.

And if you close your eyes and just allow your breath to flow naturally,

Allow your body to relax and become at ease,

Releasing and letting go of any holding throughout your body.

Joy is a freedom.

Joy is sharing.

In our world today,

Happiness is usually led by externals for many people.

But naturally,

Let joy be within you.

Let joy be a deep warmth radiating inside of you.

That's when you feel enough.

Nothing can spoil your day with joy.

Let joy pour from you.

And naturally,

There are blocks.

What blocks joy for many is easily from worry,

Stress,

Anxiety.

But through meditation,

Meditation will take us beyond all of that.

Allows us to plunge into our own inner joy.

We swim in our own inner sea of joy.

And as we usually come out of our meditation,

That leads us to expanding our joy and sharing our joy to the world around us.

And now I'm just going to have you settle in a little bit more.

Continue allowing your breath just to flow naturally.

And let's begin with our mantra meditation.

And we're going to begin by repeating the Sanskrit word for joy is ananda.

Ananda.

Ananda.

And just repeating it easily and effortlessly.

And as you do feel the joy begin to awaken within your body.

Feel the joy.

Feel all the areas of your body.

Allowing yourself to feel lighter,

Just calmer and even clearer and more joyful within.

Ananda.

Ananda.

And just silently in your head,

Continue repeating that.

Maybe even see it in your mind's eye.

Ananda.

And just continue repeating that,

Relaxing more into your meditation.

Ananda.

I will watch the time and I will ease you out of this meditation.

And just continue.

Ananda.

Ananda.

Ananda.

Now allow the word to naturally just ease away.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And just feel that joy just radiate throughout your entire beating within and just surrounding you,

Radiating outward to the world.

And as you continue on with your day,

Just be aware of the joy that just surrounds you today.

It could be as simple as the bird chirping.

Could be as simple as the beauty of nature surrounding you.

Anything that brings you joy,

Just become more aware at it.

And just continue your day filled with joy and just share your joy to all around you.
