The momentum wave.

Today I will rest.

I will lay low.

My mind says I need to get lots done.

And just the thought of getting lots done can be more exhausting than actually getting it done or even starting.

I will take my time and when momentum comes,

I will ride the momentum wave.

But for now,

I won't beat myself up and I will rest.

At this moment,

I surrender to resting and restoring.

Today,

I give myself permission to rest and I will put my thoughts on a pause by listening to my beautiful breath.

Breath by breath.

For the next minute,

I will notice and take six deep breaths.

Inhale,

Exhale.
