My name is Saqib and I am your guide for this meditation called Manifesting a New Timeline.
First let me tell you what this meditation is about and how we will do it because it is good to understand the technique before we practice it.
Timelines are the paths we take in life based on our decisions.
For example,
Let's say someone proposes to you for a potential relationship.
Based on whether you will say yes or no to the relationship,
There are two possible paths for you to take.
Your timeline for the next few years of your life will depend upon the decision you make now.
Maybe if you say yes to the relationship,
You can get married in three years from now.
Or if you say no to the relationship,
Perhaps you will not get married in the next three years.
For this meditation,
We will look at two such timelines.
The first one is called Forecasted Timeline and the second one is called the Manifested Timeline.
The Manifested Timeline is your desired timeline.
This timeline will take you to your desired goal.
In contrast,
The Forecasted Timeline is your honest evaluation based on your current habits.
Because our daily habits decide what kind of a future we will create for ourselves,
Your Forecasted Timeline will show you the actual future you will create.
Suppose your current daily habits are not in alignment with your goal.
In that case,
Your Forecasted Timeline will be different from your Manifested Timeline.
The idea of this meditation is to make your manifested future your Forecasted Future.
Or in other words,
Create some new daily habits now that will take you to your desired future.
If you still have doubts regarding how we will go about this meditation,
No worries at all.
I will be guiding you step by step through the process.
So let's begin now.
I would request you to sit in a comfortable position with your back straight but relaxed at the same time.
Now you can gradually close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes,
Bring your awareness to your body.
And relax your body.
We will relax each and every part of the body one by one.
So first bring your awareness to your head,
The top of your head and your forehead.
And with your awareness,
Gently relax your head.
And now move your awareness downwards and place it on your face.
And feel your face relaxing.
Relax your neck.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your arms and your hands.
Relax your chest and your abdomen.
Relax your back and your pelvis.
Relax your thighs and your knees.
And relax your calves and your feet.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
And as you do so,
Let your awareness follow the flow of your breath.
In through your nose,
Into your windpipe,
Into your lungs and back from your lungs,
Through your windpipe and out from your mouth.
And when you do so,
Let your awareness follow the flow of your breath.
If you find your awareness distracted,
Acknowledge that you are thinking and without any judgment,
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
And now think about your present daily habits.
What are the current daily habits that you have?
Maybe in your mind's eye you can go through your day and see what all you do.
Just make note of these habits in your mind.
What are the current daily habits that you have?
Maybe in your mind's eye you can go through your day and see what all you do.
And now,
Imagine and visualize that there are two tunnels in front of you.
The tunnel on the left is marked as your forecasted timeline and the tunnel on the right is marked as your manifested timeline.
You first decide to travel your forecasted timeline.
So you enter the tunnel on the left and you start walking in the tunnel.
And then you see light at the end of the tunnel.
And you exit the tunnel.
And now you have arrived at your forecasted future one year from now.
In your mind's eye,
See what you are doing one year from now.
Based on your current daily habits,
See what you are doing one year from now.
If you still have those habits,
Where are you?
Who is there with you?
What are your surroundings like?
Visualize each and every detail.
And now you want to go further in this forecasted timeline.
So you see the tunnel in front of you again.
And you enter the tunnel.
You start walking in the tunnel.
You see light at the end of the tunnel.
And you exit the tunnel.
And now you have arrived at a point five years from now.
This is your forecasted future five years from now.
If you still have the same daily habits,
Then see what is your future like five years from now.
What are you doing?
Where are you?
Who is there with you?
What are your surroundings like?
And now you want to go and see your desired future,
Your manifested future.
So you see that there is a mini tunnel connecting your forecasted timeline to your manifested timeline.
You see that mini tunnel in front of you.
You enter this tunnel.
You start walking in this tunnel.
You see light at the end of the tunnel.
And you exit the tunnel.
And now you have arrived at your manifested future five years from now.
This is your desired future.
How does this future look like?
What are you doing?
Who is there with you?
What are your surroundings like?
Visualize each and every detail.
Imagine that there is a knob near your hand which you can rotate.
And you can make this situation more brighter and more colorful.
And make it more realistic.
So go ahead and rotate that knob which is near your hand.
And increase the brightness and color of this situation.
And make it more real.
Now keep visualizing as we will bring in the sense of sound.
Listen to the sounds in this situation.
Is someone saying words of love and appreciation?
Listen to those words.
Keep visualizing as we will also bring in the sense of touch.
Is someone shaking your hands or maybe giving you a hug?
Feel that sense of touch in your body.
And now I would request you to place one or both of your hands on your heart.
At the center of your chest.
And feel the happiness that you are getting out of this situation.
Feel that bliss and joy that you have manifested your desired future.
Feel that bliss spreading to your body from your heart.
Each and every part of your body,
Each and every cell of your body is becoming happy.
Bring that smile to your face.
Your entire body is lit with happiness.
Your entire body is covered with this new energy.
You have formed a new identity.
This is the identity of the person who has manifested their desired future.
You have already become that new person.
Feel that new energy surrounding your body and feel that new identity.
And now with this new identity,
You will walk back to the present moment.
So you see that tunnel in front of you,
That tunnel of manifested timeline.
And this tunnel will take you back to your present moment.
And you enter the tunnel.
You start walking in the tunnel.
And as you are walking in this tunnel,
You can feel that energy surrounding your body.
The energy of your new identity.
You can feel that new identity that you have already built.
And then you see light at the end of the tunnel.
And you exit the tunnel.
Now you have come back to the present moment,
To your present body.
Feel this new identity in your body right now,
As if you have already manifested what you desire.
And now that you have built this new identity,
Think of the new habits that you will create,
Which will take you to your manifested future.
What new daily habits will this new person have?
This person who has a new identity.
And just make a mental note of these habits.
And now you can bring your awareness back to your body and to your surroundings,
The room that you are sitting in.
Feel each and every part of your body.
Wiggle your toes and move your fingers.
And gradually in your own time,
You can open your eyes and come out of the meditation.
And now that you have built this new identity,
After this meditation maybe take some time to take note of the new habits that you will practice every day to manifest your desired future.
And make a strong intention of doing these daily habits.
The more specific you make these habits,
The higher are the chances that you will practice them.
If you decide to journal after this,
You can write down how,
When and where you will do these habits.
By writing down and by making it specific,
We increase the chances of practicing such habits.
