Whether there's energy, emotion, or other 'stuff' you'd like to release, you're experiencing physical, emotional, or other pain, or you could just use a little nurturing, this healing has been created with love to offer support and care. This track has a brief, spoken introduction, then seven and a half minutes of music infused with crystal pendulum energy to facilitate clearing and healing. All you need to do is listen, breathe, and relax. Your beautiful body and being will know what to do. I’ve also infused the intent of love, care, nurture, peace, calm, compassion, and light into this audio, as well as the gentle, soothing energy of Reiki. Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to your time.

In our time together today we're going to bring through some general clearing and also some general healing.

I'm going to play some music soon,

You can sit and breathe,

Relax,

Enjoy,

Receive,

Release.

And know that while that music plays I will be spinning my crystal pendulum in a motion with the intent of creating,

Channeling,

Accessing both healing and clearing.

You can set an intent for this session if you wish.

If there's something in particular that you'd like some support in letting go of,

Or perhaps if you're experiencing some challenges or maybe even some physical injuries that need a little bit of love and nurture in order to heal and repair.

You can direct this wherever you need it most.

And if there's nothing in particular that comes to mind that's perfect too.

You can sit and receive and as always we set the intent that we are only welcoming that which is for your highest and greatest good and that which comes from pure love and pure light.

So if you haven't already I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

If it feels nice you can close down your eyes.

Allow your body to soften and relax.

And allow yourself full permission to release or to receive.

Or both.

And just slowly beginning to bring your awareness back to the breath.

Taking a breath in.

Releasing out.

Bringing your awareness back to your physical form.

Bringing your awareness gently and slowly back to this moment.

Blinking your eyes open.

And taking a breath back in this present moment.

Know that you can come back to this any time you need.

And it's always here for you.

Whatever it is that you're going through.

Allowing yourself to receive pure unconditional love.

I hope this has been supportive for you beautiful soul.

I'm sending love and care and compassion to you.
