Dear, sweet soul, If you’re feeling sad, lonely, lost, confused, drained, overwhelmed or any other big, ongoing, or difficult emotions; if you’re going through tough times; if life feels just plain hard – I want to acknowledge that it can all feel even harder to deal with when you feel alone or unsupported. Whether you find yourself going through hard times alone, or you’re feeling alone even though there are people around you – wherever you find yourself – I wanted to record a little note to let you know that someone cares, that someone is thinking of you, that someone is sending you love.
