Hello and welcome.

Thank you for coming to join me today as I hold this space for you.

Join me as I guide you on a beautiful cleansing meditation.

We will travel together to a calm,

Serene place of loving-kindness.

So settle yourself into your space.

Get yourself completely comfortable.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out through your mouth.

Inhaling.

Exhaling,

Let go.

Take a deep breath into your belly and fully let go.

Begin to allow your body to release and relax.

Allow your forehead and face to soften.

Your head,

Neck,

Shoulders relax.

Soften.

Your arms grow heavy as your chest and belly relax.

Release.

Your spine has space to let go.

Your hips fully release and grow heavy.

As your legs gently ease into your relaxation.

Your whole body is now relaxed.

Released.

Let go.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Gently releasing the day and coming to this time together now.

Say silently to yourself,

I am present.

I am here.

And know that I hold this space for you.

You can simply be.

See yourself standing before a beautiful natural pond.

The banks are lined with reeds and wildflowers.

And the earth beneath you feels rich and warm.

You turn your face to the cloudless blue sky.

And feel the sun's nourishing rays gently kiss your skin.

You take a deep breath in and let go.

You feel your feet grounding,

Rooting into the grass.

The soles of your feet connecting deep within Mother Earth.

And you feel her nourishing,

Loving kindness sweeping into your body.

Filling you with a calm,

Peaceful love.

You bring your awareness back to the pond.

And watch the gentle ripples of the soft breeze across its surface.

You walk to its edge and gently dip your foot into the water.

It is clear and pure.

You can see the bottom of the pond layered with pebbles.

The water is the perfect temperature.

And you slowly begin to walk into the pond.

You are safe,

Completely held and safe.

You stand in the pond with the water around your knees.

You walk a little further so the water gently laps your thighs.

You begin to feel its cleansing energy,

The purity of the water.

You walk in further up to waist height and gently submerge yourself in the water.

Gently turning onto your back so that you come to float effortlessly in the crystal,

Clear,

Cleansing waters.

You float,

Gazing up at the sky,

Held,

Serene,

Calm and at peace.

You watch as the clouds gently begin to drift by in the blue sky above.

You watch as they effortlessly float into view and then pass by,

Quietly and calmly.

You allow your thoughts to gently drift through your mind,

Attaching no meaning or awareness.

They simply drift in and out as you inhale and exhale.

You feel completely calm,

In a space of utter tranquility.

Your whole body is supported by the water.

You close your eyes and let go.

As you float,

The waters gently cleanse and clear your energies.

With each exhalation,

You let go.

Release a trouble,

Worry,

Emotion or thought that no longer serves you.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Let go.

Release into the water so that it may be washed away,

Leaving you cleansed and cleared.

You are free,

Floating free.

You are free of troubles and worries.

You are present in this moment,

Cleansed and cleared.

You are held.

You are whole.

And you are loved.

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter as you float.

You become freer and lighter.

You are a being of love and light.

Rest in this awareness.

As you float,

You gently become aware of your body.

As we begin to ease back,

You stand,

Your feet touching the floor of the pond and begin to walk from the water,

Drying effortlessly as you do so.

You climb the bank with ease,

Your fingertips gently brushing the wildflowers as you turn to gaze at the crystal clear pond,

Knowing that you can return to this space at any time.

That you have left behind all that no longer serves you.

You give gratitude for this moment and begin to return to your body.

Easing back into your day,

Filled with loving kindness,

Light and purified energies.

Your mind is freer,

Clearer and calmer.

Your body is at peace with itself and your soul sings with loving energy.

Gently begin to return.

Awareness of your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Easing back.

Gently moving your head.

Returning.

Bringing with you all that you felt in the pond and knowing that these energies will stay with you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Giving thanks for this time together.

Thanks to yourself.

Thanks to the energies of Mother Earth.

Thank you for joining me today.
