A calming chakra balancing guided meditation, gently leading you through each of the body's seven energy centres. Releasing blockages and restoring harmony. Focussing awareness and healing light to each chakra from crown to root, encouraging relaxation, grounding and a sense of alignment in body, mind and soul.

Hello and welcome.

Thank you for taking the time to join me today for our chakra centred meditation.

Find yourself a comfortable position where you feel at ease and able to relax and let go.

This may be seated or lying down.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Feel yourself fully supported.

Feel the earth beneath you.

Know that you are held and you are safe as you breathe in and out.

Begin drawing the breath deeply into the bottom of your belly and then fully exhaling letting go.

Today we are going to focus on our energy centres,

Our chakras.

We are going to feel our energy flow freely allowing us to come to a sense of peace and well-being.

Of balance and alignment.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Bringing your awareness to the crown of your head.

Gently moving through your body.

Just acknowledging where you are today physically,

Mentally and emotionally.

No right,

No wrong.

Just know that all is well in this moment.

Now we can begin to explore the magic.

As you breathe in,

Begin to connect deep within yourself.

Drawing that breath into your energetic centre.

Begin to visualise a bright beam of light entering the crown of your head by your 7th chakra.

Visualise this energetic light moving directly through the central channel of your spine all the way down to your 1st chakra,

Your root.

Begin to visualise this light as a red glowing disc.

This red energetic light envelops your 1st chakra.

Breathe in and focus your awareness to your root chakra located at the base of your spine.

As you inhale,

Draw this energy into your root chakra.

And as you breathe out,

Visualise this chakra releasing stagnating energies.

Letting go,

Clearing and cleaning through your chakra as you inhale vibrant red energy.

And as you exhale,

Releasing and letting go.

See this chakra beginning to glow,

Spinning freely,

Pure and vibrant.

See the red chakra glowing at your root centre.

Spinning faster and faster as it comes into alignment.

You are grounded,

Rooted,

You feel free in who you are and where you are.

Breathe in vibrant red energy.

Exhale and let go.

Now we gently move the energy to our 2nd chakra,

Just below our navel.

See this orange light glowing,

A pure clean energy as you inhale orange energising light,

Cleansing and clearing this chakra.

Feel the breath moving in and it begins to spin faster and glow purer,

Brighter orange.

Feel your creativity begin to find abundance.

Feel yourself begin to connect with the exciting possibilities within.

Breathe in orange glowing light.

Breathe out,

Let go.

Move awareness now to our 3rd chakra.

Glowing yellow,

A disc of yellow light,

Glowing just above our belly button.

Our sacral centre.

Allow the colour to intensify as you inhale,

You feel its vibrations in every part of your body.

Breathing in yellow energetic light,

Fill yourself with the yellow colour.

Feel its clarity and awareness making you strong and confident.

Feel this energy surround you.

Glowing yellow light radiating from your 3rd chakra.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

We head now to our heart centre,

Our 4th chakra.

Breathe in a very pure light,

An emerald green light entering into your heart space.

As you inhale,

Expanding to fill your heart and your entire being.

Feel the energetic light spreading and filling your body with loving kindness.

As you breathe in,

A green glowing light fills your entire heart centre.

And as you exhale,

You let go of all that no longer serves you.

You become free from stale,

Stagnant energy.

Free to love and be.

Breathe in green loving light.

Exhale.

Let go.

Gently move to our 5th chakra,

Our throat chakra.

As you inhale,

Fill your throat chakra with a vivid blue.

The blue of our infinite sky,

The sea.

Feel this disk of blue light at your throat centre.

Feel it filling with truth,

Purity and tranquility.

As you inhale blue light to your throat chakra,

Know that you can speak your truth and you can let go.

Remove all impurities from your throat chakra as you inhale this vivid blue light.

See it.

Feel it.

Breathe in pure blue light.

And exhale.

Let go.

Bringing our awareness now to our 6th chakra,

Our 3rd eye chakra.

A space in between our eyebrows.

As we breathe in,

We bring a powerful indigo colour into this disk of spinning light behind the eyebrow centre.

As we exhale,

We cleanse and clear.

We begin to trust our intuition and know ourselves.

Breathing in indigo light,

The colour of wisdom,

Knowledge and mysticism.

Breathe in.

Trust yourself.

Breathe out.

Let go.

And finally bringing awareness to your crown chakra.

The 7th chakra.

A white iridescent spinning disk above your head.

A connection to the universe,

To all that is,

To the oneness of us all.

Breathe in white energy spiralling around this chakra.

See how the light clears and unlocks this final chakra.

Feel deeply connected to everything and everyone around you.

Know that you are magic.

Know that you are stardust.

Breathe in pure white energy.

And exhale.

Let go.

Feel yourself completely centred,

Cleansed and cleared.

Know yourself.

Know that you are whole,

You are held and you are loved.

Visualise your 7 chakras.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo and white.

Feel them spinning deep within you.

A tranquil energy filling your entire body as all 7 chakras balanced and aligned.

Gently begin to return to your day.

Knowing yourself and trusting yourself.

Speaking your truth and beauty into the world.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Gently begin to return to your day.

Bringing a sense of calm and peace.

Making gentle movements.

Slowly turn your head from side to side.

And in your own time,

Gently return.
