Welcome to this meditation on celebrating small milestones and how far you've really come.

I'm Sara Zanacroce and I'll be your guide today.

Please find a comfortable position.

Maybe you prefer sitting or lying down.

And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.

And let's start by bringing your awareness to the senses.

Pay attention to the sounds all around you.

And now the sensations on your skin.

Maybe you feel the clothes on your skin.

And now the support of the surface beneath you.

Feel the force of gravity,

The heaviness grounding you,

Connecting you to the surface beneath you and connecting you to this world.

And just appreciate the stillness and silence that meditation and being present allows you.

All parts of you relaxing,

Finding calm.

And now begin to visualize your younger self.

Whatever age comes to mind,

Welcome that visual in.

It can be any point in your life as long as it's younger than you are now.

Notice what you're wearing,

Your clothes,

And now your hair and your facial features.

Bring it in,

This visual.

And keep on breathing.

Breathing in and letting go.

Welcoming that image a little bit more with each breath.

And as you look at this younger version of you,

They look back at you and they smile.

Looking up at you in awe at the incredible person you've become.

They are so proud of all the things you've accomplished.

Things that previously you had only dreamed of.

Whether those things are big or small.

And as your younger self continues to look at you and your life in awe,

Amazement,

Complete and unwavering love,

You too begin to recognize how much you have to celebrate.

How much there is to be grateful for.

And how deserving of love and celebration you are right now.

As you are.

So many small milestones to celebrate.

So much growth.

You are incredible.

Just continue to breathe this in.

Basking in these feelings for a few moments longer.

Finding a sense of peace with where you are in your life.

Loving yourself and appreciating yourself.

Keep breathing.

And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary.

A place where you go to be connected with your higher self.

Secure,

Grounded.

You feel a deep sense of peace and inner love and confidence.

And now bring your awareness back to your breath.

And just allow your body to breathe for you.

With no effort whatsoever.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And return to the present moment.

Carrying with you this deep inner knowing that you are worthy.

And that you've come such a long way already.

And there's so much to celebrate about your journey thus far.

And you'll keep growing.

Thank you so much for spending this moment with me.

If you'd like to continue working on your confidence in a gentle way,

I also have a course on this.

It's called 7 Day Gentle Confidence Boost for Introverted Changemakers.

And you'll find it under my courses tab.

I look forward to connecting with you there.

Take care.
