A safe space you can always rely on.

Welcome to this audio healing journey.

This is a journey to create a safe space for you to go to whenever life feels too much.

In order to heal and become the very greatest version of yourself,

You need to be able to step away from everything and just focus on you.

It's imperative that you give yourself a safe space to go to so you can take a breather from the craziness of life.

Life can feel like a lot sometimes.

And you might not be feeling very safe with all the twists and turns and highs and lows.

Sometimes it's smooth sailing.

But at other times life can feel treacherous and difficult to navigate.

Life can feel too much.

And sometimes life can swallow you up.

That's why you need a safe place.

A place to go to when life feels too much.

When life feels too big.

When life feels too busy.

Too loud.

Too overwhelming.

Too challenging.

You are about to create a safe place you can go to in the moments when everything feels too much.

This is a safe place only for you.

100% guaranteed to always be there whenever you need it,

Any time of day.

A place you don't have to go anywhere to get to.

A place that's yours and only yours.

This is a safe place solely for you.

Does that maybe sound too good to be true?

Because a place like that really does exist.

You just never knew where to find it.

Your safe space lives within you.

But you've been too busy looking outside yourself for something or someone to make you feel safe.

You've been looking the wrong way for what you need.

You've been looking without for something that lives within.

And I'm going to prove it to you by taking you in there right now.

I'm going to take you to the safe place that lives inside of you.

To begin our journey,

Let's just make sure you're not carrying anything that you don't need.

If your eyes aren't closed,

Then I invite you to close them now.

And simply by using some long deep breaths in through the nose and out with a sigh from the mouth,

You're going to let go of anything you're carrying that you don't need in this important and powerful moment.

So take a deep breath in through your nose,

Gathering up all fear,

Anxiety and scepticism.

And exhale it all out of your mouth with a sigh.

Breathe in any old ideas of what safety is.

And let them all go with a sigh.

And deep breath in through the nose,

Gathering up any negative energy that's blocking you from healing.

And sigh it all away.

And now just return to a normal breath.

The only thing you need on this journey with me is your imagination.

Now is your time to delve into your imagination to become the architect of your own self healing.

Now is your time to delve into your imagination so you can create a safe place that you'll always be able to come to whenever you need.

So let me ask you a question.

But before I do,

Please make sure you answer from your heart.

Not your head.

Don't think the answer.

Feel the answer.

If you could disappear to anywhere to get away from it all.

If you could go somewhere to recharge your heart and your soul.

Where would you go?

What would your sanctuary of peace and safety look like?

It could be anything.

It could be anywhere.

A tropical beach.

Somewhere in the woods.

By a waterfall.

Or floating on a cloud in the sky.

There are no wrong or right answers here.

You can imagine anything you want.

Just as long as this place feels completely safe and nurturing for you.

That's it.

This is your moment.

This is your moment to create your safe place.

A refuge you can go to whenever you need.

And you get to create that space however you want.

So go there now.

See each and every detail.

Create anything and everything you might wonder.

A hammock.

A cottage.

A beach hut.

An enormous ball post event.

Is there a body of water?

A stream?

An ocean?

If there are trees,

What kind of trees are there?

Palm trees.

Giant redwoods.

Ancient oaks.

And what can you hear?

The sound of the water.

Bird singing.

Maybe there's music playing.

What can you smell?

Flowers.

The sea.

A wood-burning fireplace.

Picture every detail and create your perfect sanctuary now.

This is your safe place and you get to use your vast imagination to create it.

So imagine in Technicolor.

Imagine in detail.

See yourself there now.

Tune in to the feelings of being there.

Feeling like you are in the safest place in the world.

I'm going to give you some time now to let your imagination create your perfect safe place.

You now have a safe place.

A safe place to call your van.

A place you can go to in the moments when everything feels too much.

A place only for you.

100% guaranteed to always be there whenever you need it.

A place you don't have to go anywhere to reach.

A place that's yours and only yours.

And all you need to do to keep this safe place alive and available to you is to remember that it's there and to visit from time to time.

In moments of panic,

Confusion,

Frustration or overwhelm,

Remember you can close your eyes and go to your safe place.

When you're seeking clarity or longing for answers,

Remember that your safe space is the perfect place to visit so you can tune in to your own intuition.

When you're feeling sad or alone or misunderstood,

Remember to close your eyes and go to the magical place that you just created.

And in the times when you don't know where to go or what to do,

Remember to close your eyes and go there.

No one can take your safe place from you.

From now on,

You will always have a safe place to go.

Go there.

Breathe there.

Soak in all of the magic and beauty that your imagination creates and let that safe place heal you.

Everything you need to heal and feel safe is inside of you.

And all you need to do is to remember to go within.
