Welcome to this guided sound journey.
My intention is to hold you in a sacred and safe space as you heal and transform your relationship with money to help you access higher levels of receiving all forms of abundance,
Prosperity,
Joy,
Pleasure,
To help you tap into the timeline,
The version of you that has more than they know what to do with.
More than enough,
Consistent,
Safe,
Abundance,
Flowing to you at all times,
This beautiful giving and receiving in equal parts.
I'm Savannah Joy,
The founder of Embrace Your Wild.
I'm a voice medicine channel,
An embodied feminine leadership coach,
A ceremonialist,
And a retreat facilitator.
I'm so honored to be here with you on your journey and hold space for you to access your body's innate wisdom,
Its ability to heal itself,
And to help you transmute and transform anything that's getting in the way of you becoming your most expanded,

I invite you to get comfortable.
We're going to drop in with a guided meditation,
Set a personal intention,
We'll go into our sound journey,
And then I'll bring you out with some more guidance.
I want to invite you to begin getting present with your body,
Beginning to notice the places where your body is touching,
The chair,
The bed,
The mat beneath you.
Inviting in a sense of grounding,
A sense of safety,
A stillness,
A beautiful energy of trust.
Now bringing awareness to the breath without needing to change anything,
Just noticing.
Noticing the breath coming in through the nostrils and back out through the nostrils.
Noticing the sensations of the breath coming in as it naturally expands and moves the body.
And on the exhale just noticing how the body falls and just slightly contracts.
Really giving yourself full permission to drop in and be present in this experience.
Noticing any mind chatter and just setting it aside just for now.
Setting aside anything that's happened up until this moment today and letting go of anything that needs to happen after this and just trusting that it's safe to be here.
It's safe to take this time.
It's safe to be fully present with yourself,
With this experience.
Now beginning to invite in more awareness of the body and what's being held.
Starting at the feet,
Bringing extra attention to the feet and just noticing.
As you bring attention and awareness that you can begin to notice more sensations.
Maybe you notice the temperature of your feet.
Maybe a subtle pulsing or tingling.
Bring extra attention to the feet.
For each part of the body as we notice and then bring awareness to the sensations,
We're also allowing relaxation to set in.
So relaxing any gripping,
Any tightness in the feet.
Moving up to the ankles and the shins,
The calves.
Consciously releasing any tension,
Any tightness.
Bringing your awareness now to the knees,
The backs of the knees.
Softening,
Releasing.
Now the thighs,
The quads,
The hamstrings.
Releasing any gripping,
Any tension.
Allowing your legs to feel heavy,
To feel still.
Now bringing your awareness up into the hips,
The glutes,
The genitals,
The pelvis.
This area where we tend to hold a lot of tightness,
A lot of emotional tension.
Consciously allowing the body to soften,
To release.
Just noticing that tension,
Noticing any tightness and just consciously softening,
Allowing.
Breathing into these spaces,
Breathing in to the tension and allowing it to soften.
Now bringing awareness to the core,
The center point of your being,
The guts,
The low back,
The womb space.
Again,
Releasing any tightness,
Any tension and just noticing.
Noticing any sensations,
Noticing any dense energy that might be living here and without needing to change it,
Just bringing our awareness.
Just noticing,
Relaxing,
Softening.
Using the breath to release and to open.
Now moving up to the heart space,
The chest,
The upper back,
The neck and the shoulders.
Bringing attention and noticing any sensations,
Any emotions.
Just creating more space with the breath,
Allowing this part of the body to relax,
To feel heavy,
To soften.
Now bringing that awareness down the arms,
The upper arms,
The elbows,
Forearms.
Releasing,
Softening,
Getting heavy and bringing awareness now to the hands,
The palms,
The fingertips.
Noticing any tingling sensations or aliveness in the hands.
Noticing the temperature,
Releasing any gripping,
Continuing to breathe,
Allowing each breath to carry you deeper,
To soften,
To open,
To release,
To relax.
Now bringing your awareness into the neck,
The head,
The face,
The jaw,
The backs of the eyes,
Softening,
Releasing.
The eyebrows,
In between the eyebrows,
Releasing and softening.
Allowing the tongue to melt,
Soften,
Allowing the jaw to release,
Parting the teeth and having the tongue just resting softly on the roof of the mouth,
But teeth and jaw parted.
Allowing your whole face,
All of the muscles,
To soft,
Slack,
Release.
Allowing the scalp,
The ears,
The lips,
All to soften.
Noticing any sensations in the face or the head,
Any tingling,
Any temperature,
Just feeling the aliveness.
Now noticing the whole body online,
The whole body relaxed and alive,
Ready,
Open,
Soft.
Expanding your awareness of your body,
All the surface of your skin,
And expanding that container just outside of the body,
Maybe three to six inches outside of the body,
The space around the body.
Tuning in,
Bringing attention to the space around the body,
360 degrees,
In front of you,
Behind you,
The right side of you,
The left side of you,
Beneath your feet.
Expanding that awareness now,
Further out from the body,
The space around the body,
Tuning in and feeling into the space around you,
In the room where you are.
Expanding that awareness now into the building,
The space around your body,
The building that you are in.
Zooming out further now,
Expanding your awareness to the space around your body,
Into the town or the neighborhood,
The city.
Zooming out the space around you,
The state,
The country.
Zooming out even further,
Seeing the whole planet,
The space around the stars,
The cosmos,
The universe.
Holding this attention of the space around your body,
And noticing at the same time the aliveness and sensations within your body,
And just noticing,
Holding both of these awarenesses,
Your body and the space around your body.
Beginning to zoom back in now from the universe,
The cosmos,
Zooming back into the earth,
Zooming into the country,
The state,
City,
The neighborhood,
The building,
The room,
And the space around your body,
All the way to your skin,
And just noticing.
Noticing how you feel in this moment,
Noticing the energy and the awareness of your attention.
Now tuning in to this energy and this frequency of money,
Of abundance,
Prosperity.
Tuning in to your body,
And when you think about money,
Think about receiving abundance and prosperity.
What area of your body is holding blocks,
Is holding limiting beliefs,
Is holding trauma or stories?
What area of the body needs attention?
Taking a moment to tune in to your area of the body.
If it feels good to you,
You can bring your hands and place them on that area of your body,
And just begin to tune in and notice the energy that's present here.
When you think about money,
When you think about receiving more and more levels of abundance and prosperity into your life,
What do you notice?
What is the energy like here?
What are the sensations in your body?
Noticing any tension or tightness,
Any contraction,
Any colors?
What's the density like?
What's the texture of this energy of this block?
Noticing what emotions arise as you look at your money stories,
As you look at your money reality in this moment,
Just noticing any stories,
Emotions,
Or beliefs that come up here for you.
What are the stories that you tell yourself about money,
Your relationship with money,
And how did those stories make you feel?
Beginning to create more space for these feelings and emotions to exist inside of you,
Using the breath,
Creating a softness,
Not needing to change or fix anything,
But just giving space to just be with what you're currently experiencing around money.
Just softening and allowing,
Just witnessing and noticing what's here for you.
The energies,
The stories,
And the beliefs that we are carrying around money,
Prosperity,
And abundance have been inherited for generations of fear,
Scarcity,
Dramas,
These learned behaviors,
These learned fears.
Just remembering to bring compassion to yourself as you are carrying more than what is just yours.
And through this process,
I want you to give yourself full permission to see things in a new way.
Give yourself permission to open up to experiencing money and prosperity in new ways.
Allow yourself the opportunity to shift.
Allow yourself to call in and receive these beautiful desires that are in your heart.
The first part of our intentions here is to tune in and to get clear on what it is that you want to release.
What do you want to let go of in your relationship with money,
Abundance,
And just trusting whatever comes up.
What are you ready to let go of?
Now the second part of our intention is,
How do you want to feel in your relationship with money?
If you could have it any way that you wanted,
How would you feel with money?
Tuning in,
Tuning into the frequency and vibrations of these words of your intention of how you want to feel and finding that area of the body.
When you feel that way,
Where do you feel that in your body?
When you feel supported,
When you feel safe,
When you feel expansive,
When you feel joyful,
Whatever your intention is,
Where do you feel that in your body the most?
Tune in and allow yourself to expand the feeling of those sensations,
Of those emotions,
And feel them now.
We're going to move into the sound medicine journey portion of this experience and I want to invite you to release any expectations of the outcome.
Release any expectations of how you think your experience is going to be and allow yourself to be fully present with whatever is revealed,
With whatever comes through for you.
If any emotions arise,
If any tension or sensations in the body arise,
Just allow them,
Welcome them in.
If you fall asleep or go into a deep meditation,
That's beautiful as well.
Give yourself permission to experience what you're experiencing.
Continuing to open up the body to transmute and release any old stories,
Patterns,
Beliefs around money.
Activating and invoking the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Opening up your channels to receive.
Surrendering to this experience.
Inviting in a deeper breath.
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Inviting in a full body stretch.
Trusting that you'll remember what you want to remember and trusting that you have activated healing that's exactly perfect for you in this moment,
In this part of your journey.
Coming back to your body,
Coming back to the room,
Coming back to this moment.
Another deep breath in anchors you,
Grounds you back into your body in this moment,
In this space,
In this time.
From this place,
What feels important to remember,
What wisdom is coming through for you now.
You have always been enough.
You have always been worthy.
You get to be a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time.
I honor you in this journey and your willingness to heal generational cycles and to reclaim the abundance that is rightfully yours.
I honor your courage to see things in a different way,
To open yourself up to receiving more pleasure,
More joy,
More life,
More support.
