Welcome to this 48 laws of power meditations.

During these sessions we'll use the laws to explore and stimulate the neural pathways related to self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

This will help cultivate a more mindful and intentional behaviors.

Take this moment to move the body just a little bit to help it regain flexibility.

This will make it feel lighter after we sit again so to have a deeper meditation.

Start grounding yourself in this present moment,

Putting expectations behind,

Putting the past behind and the future ideas to the side.

Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling slowly through the nose and exhaling gently through your mouth.

Feel the breath grounding you in this present moment.

Law number one,

Never outshine the master.

Always make those above you feel comfortably superior.

In your desire to please and impress them do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite,

Inspiring fear and insecurity.

Make your masters appear more brilliant than they are and you will attain the heights of power.

Now bring to mind a recent situation where you may have unintentionally outshone someone above you or surpassed their expectations.

Allow yourself to observe this without judgment,

Simply acknowledging the dynamics at play.

Ask yourself,

Why did I feel the need to shine so brightly in that moment?

What insecurities or fears might be driving this behavior?

How can I express my capabilities without overshadowing others?

Repeat after me,

I recognize my power and I use it with wisdom.

I empower others as I empower myself.

My light is part of a collective brilliance.

Visualize yourself collaborating and supporting others rather than competing.

Visualize humility.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the breath,

Grounding you again in the present moment.

Slowly move your body side to side,

Waking up and when you're ready open your eyes.

Carry the insights from this meditation with you,

Cultivating a balanced and mindful approach to your interactions.
