Hello,

My dear Harkonners.

Today's meditation is an exercise in cultivating the spiritual fruit we observed yesterday.

Let us begin by being still,

By adopting an attitude of non-judgment,

And by embracing a spirit of peace and loving kindness.

For this meditation,

Let's focus on our breath.

Take a deep breath in,

And let that deep breath out.

A long,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

And a long,

Slow,

Deep breath out.

And as we breathe in,

Let us imagine we are breathing in God's faithfulness.

And this faithfulness is now filling us,

Giving us life.

And as we breathe out,

We breathe out faithfulness,

Back out into the heavens,

From where it came.

Breathing in God's faithfulness.

Faithfulness filling us,

Giving us life.

Breathing out faithfulness.

Faithfulness in,

Faithfulness filling us.

Faithfulness out,

Back out into the heavens.

Faithfulness in,

Faithfulness out.

Faithfulness all around us.

Faithfulness in,

Faithfulness filling us,

Giving us life.

Faithfulness out,

Out into the heavens and all around us.

And as we continue to focus on our deep breathing,

Let us just remember that God is faithful.

God is faithful,

Even when we don't have faith ourselves.

God's faithfulness never comes to an end.

God's faithfulness can never be defeated.

God's faithfulness certainly can't be defeated when something as simple as when we don't have faith ourselves.

God is faithful,

Even when we don't have faith ourselves.

God is faithful,

Especially when we don't have faith ourselves.

God's faithfulness can never be diminished.

Let's continue to focus on breathing in that faithfulness,

Allowing that faithfulness to fill us,

Giving us life and breathing out faithfulness back out into the heavens and back out to everyone around us,

Everything around us.

Faithfulness in,

Faithfulness filling us,

Faithfulness out,

Faithfulness flowing from us,

Inhaling faithfulness,

Faithfulness filling us,

Exhaling faithfulness,

Faithfulness out into the heavens and everything around us.
