Let's take a few moments to slow down,

Relax,

And breathe consciously.

I invite you to set aside anything you're holding or anything you're doing.

Take a seat if you like.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Feel your belly and your chest expanding.

Exhale slowly.

Release all of the breath.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Continue breathing consciously for the next few moments in silence.

Beautiful.

Whenever you're ready,

Slowly open the eyes.
