Beginner Session for Relaxation Come on in a peace I don't have all day to relax my nerves,

Appease my spirit,

And set my mind at rest.

Have you ever found yourself getting these types of racing thoughts while getting into your meditation?

Welcome!

My name is Shekinah,

A Stress Relief Specialist and I have created this transporting,

Chance-based music with you in mind.

Listen,

Your mind will surely try to get in the way of you having a nice meditation session.

But remember this,

You are the star of your own life movie and you deserve taking at least 3 minutes today to unwind.

You are not your mind,

You are that spark of the divine that uses your body and mind for life here on earth.

You are to be the director and run this show,

Not the other way around.

There's plenty of time afterward to stress if that is your choice,

But these few minutes you will take right now is for you to show some love and care for yourself.

Especially for beginners,

Taking 3-5 minutes for relaxing the body and mind can make a difference.

Once you establish regularity in your practice,

Then advance on up to 10-20 minutes per day.

If you agree,

Take that 3 minutes now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And then release it and relax.

Take a deep breath in.

And now release it and relax.

Take another deep breath in.

And again,

Release it and relax.

Now,

Simply listen to the sounds in this music and let your mind wander wherever it wants to go.

Do not try to stop it,

Just watch it do its thing.

Each time you become aware of your thoughts,

I want you to smile and gently return to your heart center.

You can even place your hand over your heart and focus on your breathing throughout the few minutes of this chant song.
