Fear and panic weakens your immune system,

Leaving you more vulnerable to diseases,

Viral infections and illnesses?

Today's session is all about taking charge of restoring and upholding your immune system that may have been negatively affected by listening to fear-based information or from panic-infused actions or reactions.

By the end of this video you will feel calmer,

Healthier,

Protected and ready to step into a new level of self-empowerment.

Stress and fear triggers your fight or flight stress responses and releases a flood of chemicals and hormones like adrenaline into your system,

Weakening you from the inside out.

Imagine becoming the guardian of your own well-being and supporting your physical body with a healthy mindset.

Today we will focus on self-healing and self-empowerment by becoming more mindful about your personal contribution and supporting your immune system,

Which is the natural defense mechanism of your body that defends you against diseases.

Imagine moving forward in your life,

Feeling confident that you are making well-informed choices in every now moment as you continue to take excellent care of yourself on all levels of your being.

Next to taking care of your physical body by drinking plenty of water,

Getting enough sleep and natural sunlight,

Moving your body,

Eating healthy,

Taking extra vitamin C and other vitamins,

Herbs and supplements that will support you,

I also invite you to take excellent care of your mental and emotional well-being by becoming more conscious of your thoughts and resentments and the effect they have on your physical health.

Let's start today's session by connecting to the earth and focusing on the breath.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and on the exhale relax.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your body,

Relax your mind.

With every breath you take,

You are setting the intention to clear your mind,

Letting go of any distracting thought formations.

Every breath is an invitation to relax your body deeper and deeper and deeper,

Letting go of any tension in any part of your physical body.

If you feel any tension arising,

Just take a deep,

Slow breath in and on the exhale breathe it out.

Let it go.

Taking in another deep,

Slow breath and focus all of your attention on your pelvic area.

On the exhale,

Tune into the energy below your feet and connect to your earth star.

Even if you don't know the exact location of your earth star,

Just use the power of your intention and attention to connect.

Inhale deeply and imagine that your earth star is connecting to the healing powers of the crystal heart of Mother Earth.

Imagine a crystal healing light gently moving up through all the layers of the earth,

Moving upward into your earth star and then connecting to the base of your spine.

Imagine this healing energy creating a powerful column of light that surrounds your entire spinal cord,

From the base of your spine all the way to the top of your head.

Now take a few moments to imagine the energy of the Great Central Sun.

Imagine the high frequency light impulses that are being transmitted from this supercomputer located in the heart of the galactic center.

Imagine yourself connecting to this frequency of healing light,

Opening yourself up to receive a transmission of higher consciousness into your physical body.

Imagine this column of light moving through the top of your head,

Through the body,

Merging with the column of light from the center of the earth.

And with each breath you take,

Imagine that you are expanding this column of light from the center of your spine to the edges of your body and into your auric field.

Every breath is a healing movement,

Creating a powerful field of protection and healing inside and all around you.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in and connect to this column of light.

Imagine using this column of light as your energetic elevator to reach the heart of Mother Earth.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and imagine yourself to be there right now.

Use all of your senses to connect to this healing frequency inside the crystal temple.

And now it is time to call in your energetic support team for guidance,

Protection,

Wisdom and healing.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and imagine that they are here right now.

And open your heart to receive their blessings.

They are here right now to assist you for your highest good and deepest well-being.

They will be your personal guides and guardians during your visit inside the crystal temple.

Open your heart and connect with your energetic support team.

Now take a few moments and restate your intention for today's healing session.

Set a clear intention that you are ready to take charge of restoring and upholding your immune system that may have been negatively affected by fear-based information or panic reactions or actions.

Set your intention that by the end of this healing session you will feel more calm,

More protected and more self-empowered.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and ask your energetic support team to guide you to the perfect healing room inside this magical crystal temple.

Inside this healing room there is a crystal table infused with the violet flame energy.

And your guides and guardians are inviting you to lay down on this healing table.

As you lay down,

You find that this table is very comfortable and your whole body is feeling supported and nourished by this powerful energy.

Imagine that your energetic support team is forming a circle around you and they are ready to assist you during this healing session.

They are here to amplify your intentions for repair and restoration and they will help you to release any fear or blockages in your body and energy field.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and take a few moments to tune into how you are feeling about a specific situation that is causing you stress and discomfort.

Allow yourself to become aware of however much anxiety or fear you might be feeling.

And take another deep,

Slow breath in and scan your body.

Notice where you are feeling any stress,

Any discomfort,

Any anxiety or fear in your body.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in and imagine that perhaps some part of you feels that it is absolutely necessary for you to feel high levels of fear,

Stress or panic.

So be gentle with it and allow that part of you to be fully here.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and open your heart,

Dropping all judgment towards these parts of yourself.

These parts of you may have been crucial to your survival at one point and some of those energies did not get the proper attention or validation they needed to safely and gently exit your body or energy field.

Some of these energies got frozen in time and are trapped deep inside of your cell memory.

So take another deep,

Slow breath in and send a wave of compassion and radical forgiveness in all directions of time and space.

Please forgive me.

And now tune into your nervous system and take a few moments to notice the level of pressure your nervous system is under.

Imagine scanning your nervous system for any layers of protection,

Any tension,

Any weakness.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in and focus on the vagus nerve.

This is your longest cranial nerve,

Extending from the brain stem down into your stomach and intestines,

Innervating your heart and lungs and connecting your throat and facial muscles.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in,

Once again scanning for any layers of protection,

Any tension,

Any weakness,

Anything that feels over sensitive or desensitized in the vagus nerve.

Remember,

Today we are inviting all parts of you that need support and healing to let themselves be seen.

So open your heart,

Invite them to this healing session without judgment.

Let there be only love,

Forgiveness and deep compassion.

Slow breath in and on the exhale restate your intention to support yourself on all levels.

Let your body and mind know that you are ready to take full responsibility to release and reduce any and all amounts of stress caused by fear or panic.

Setting your intention that you are ready to move forward with a clear intention to fully restore and reactivate your immune system to its absolute maximum capacity of self-healing and self-regulation.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in and give your body full permission to relax as you calm down the mind and open your heart.

Focus on relaxing the nervous system with some special attention to the vagus nerve that is connecting your brain with your pelvic area and all the organs in between.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and set your intention to move from stress and fear into a deep state of relaxation.

Allowing yourself to open up your mind and welcome in new ways of perception.

Perhaps you have been open to receiving fear infused information that was making you anxious.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and tune into how paralyzing fear can be.

How fear infused information can immobilize you,

Cloud your judgement and cause resentment and contraction to be trapped inside of the body.

Slow breath in and focus your attention away from fear infused information sources.

Imagine what it would feel like to step away from anything that is infusing fear into your life,

Anything that is keeping you in bondage.

Slow breath in and on the exhale imagine educating yourself using a source that is offering a more balanced and self-loving perspective.

Imagine sourcing information that will open your view regarding the issue that has been causing your anxiety.

Giving yourself the opportunity to look at new and different angles and at the same time sharpening your ability to use your discernment.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and imagine yourself moving away from knee-jerk reactions that are fear infused and imagine yourself moving into a state of inner calmness.

Using the breath to go deeper and deeper and deeper to source that inner calmness.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in and imagine moving away from a black and white point of view that is infused with judgment and allow yourself to tune into an energy of discernment.

Imagine how it would feel like if you were able to step fully into trusting your own intuitive and knowledge informed decision making.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and open up the line of communication with your body.

Ask the body to open up as you take a deep breath in pulling in that healing energy of the violet flame into the base of your spine,

Pulling it all the way up to the top of your head.

Take in another deep,

Slow breath in and on the exhale imagine the violet flame energy melting away any frozen energy in your body,

Mind and consciousness.

Every breath is a healing movement bringing in forgiveness and compassion.

Imagine supporting and soothing the vagus nerve in your entire nervous system using the magic and intelligent qualities of the violet flame energy.

Continue to use the power of your breath.

Every breath is bringing in a wave of healing violet flame energy.

Bringing in health,

Vitality and well-being into all the nerves of your body.

Slow breath in and imagine every cell in your body working together to bring harmony and coherence.

Every breath is a healing wave of violet flame energy,

Restoring and repairing your health on the deepest cell level.

Slow breath in and use the power of your intentions and the magic of the violet flame to inform every cell in your body that you are taking back your power and that you are ready to help the body and the nervous system to release any frozen energy that got stuck over the years,

In this lifetime or in any other lifetimes,

In this dimension or any other realities,

Imagine scanning the tissue,

The deep layers,

The hidden layers for any energy of protection.

Open the deeper layers in your tissue that hold pain,

Tension or weakness and send in a love that is so strong,

A love that is forgiving and compassionate.

Bringing in that healing wave of forgiveness.

And tune in to parts of you that got frozen during times where you experienced high levels of fear,

Stress or panic.

And take a deep breath in as you scan your body for any parts that feel oversensitive or desensitized and allow all those parts of you to be here right now.

Send a healing wave of forgiveness,

Compassion and unconditional love to all these parts that are part of you.

Continue to use the power of your breath as you inhale and connect deeply with every part of yourself,

Scanning your body,

Noticing what is going on inside of your body.

Like a heavy layer of armor,

Just give yourself permission to drop it all to the ground.

Use the power of your breath to open your heart for deeper levels of compassion and forgiveness.

Inviting in these parts of yourself that have been crucial to your survival.

Bringing in waves of violet flame energy to support and nourish these parts of yourself that have been holding onto fear for so long.

Gratitude,

Compassion and radical forgiveness to yourself in all directions of time and space.
