For the spring meditation,
Find a place in your home or outside that allows you the space to walk in a big circle.
The size of the circle is up to you.
Come to stand in the spot that would mark the centre of this circle.
Take a generous breath in and a deep releasing breath out.
Again,
Generous breath in,
Deep releasing breath out.
One more time,
Generous breath in,
Deep releasing breath out.
Spring is the time in which we allow ourselves to step into the light after the long days of winter.
New light allows for new perspective,
New hope,
New awareness.
Spring is our time to open ourselves up to the birth of something new.
Maybe this is a new desire within yourself or perhaps this is building on a desire that you are already working on.
Winter allows us to exist in the darkness,
To see with the eyes of the heart,
To see with our intuition and not the actual physical eyes.
Allow this new inner knowing from our winter to become our new inner compass to direct us onto the chosen path for this new cycle.
At the centre of this invisible circle where we stand right now,
Ask yourself,
What is my promise to myself this cycle?
What do I desire to call into being?
How am I dreaming to show up for myself?
Allow this promise to come to you through the wisdom of your womb and not through the thinking mind.
Allow this promise to arise within you.
Feel into it.
Feel into what it is and how it feels to embody this promise.
Feeling the enrichment of this promise in your mind and then feeling the same vibration of this promise beating throughout your body.
I invite you to begin your journey as we walk in the spiral of the spring,
Taking small conscious steps and allowing our circles to slowly grow in size like a spiral.
With each step that you take,
Silently repeating to yourself your promise.
Knowing each conscious step deepens that promise to yourself.
Taking your time,
Repeating the words slowly and with a felt sense in your body.
Allowing for this to create the deeper connection within yourself.
Taking this promise at least three times to yourself as you walk through the spiral of your spring.
Taking your time to think,
Feel and express this promise through each step that you take.
Feeling the spiral being representative of going from the smallness of the darkness to the vastness and openness at the end of your spiral.
Once you are finished,
Say to yourself either out loud or silently,
I honour this commitment to myself.
I will allow my rising vibration of this promise to be a priority for myself this season.
I give myself full permission to this now in loving service to myself and so be it.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel remembrance of this commitment and allow this to carry you through this time of exploring your inner spring.
