Today, We're going to go on a journey together in meditation. I invite you to get comfortable and find a quiet place. Perhaps lay down, Perhaps sit, Whatever is comfortable for you. When you're ready, Close your eyes and we will begin. Bring that awareness to your breath. I invite you to start out today to take a big breath in and actually do some stretching. It may feel good to reach your arms over your head and do a big stretch up into the air, Almost as if you're just waking up. It may feel good to bring your shoulders up and roll them down your back a couple times. It might feel good to shake a little bit, Just taking a moment to stretch and breathe as if you're waking up from a long winter hibernation and really getting back into your body and back into your breath from a long sleep. I'm going to go ahead with that and just open up the circle now. I light this candle to open up the sacred circle and the sacred space. We welcome in our higher selves, Spirit guides, Ascended masters, Master teachers, Sacred loving ancestors, Angels and dragons of the highest love and light to come in close and support us in this circle today. We welcome in Archangel Raphael, The Archangel of Spring and the Archangel of Abundance to guide us and support us and protect us in this circle today. We welcome in Archangel Aurora, The Angel of New Beginnings to guide us and support us and protect us in this circle today. We welcome in our guardian angels to come in close and protect us today on this journey. We welcome in the elements, Air, Fire, Water, Earth and ether to hold us and support us. We set the intention to connect with the earth and the energies of spring. We set the intention to release what no longer serves us after a long and dark winter and to align with the energies of abundance, Balance, Rebirth and renewal. We also set the intention that each of us release what we need to release, Receive what we need to receive, Hear what we need to hear and heal what we need to heal through this circle for our highest and greatest good and the highest and greatest good of all. The circle is now open. So it is. I invite you now to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Another breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. One more in through your nose and out through your mouth. Now I invite you to bring your attention to the base of your spine, To your root chakra. Begin to visualize golden roots beginning to grow from the base of your spine down through your legs, Through your feet, Into the earth. These golden roots continue to grow deep and wide into the earth. These golden roots travel through soil and rock and water all the way to the core of the earth, Grounding you and rooting you to the earth. Now begin to breathe up earth energy through these golden roots into your body and landing in your heart. Now as you breathe out, Breathe out and down love and gratitude into the earth. Again, Breathe up earth energy into your heart and breathe out and down love and gratitude into the earth. One more time, Breathe up earth energy and breathe out love and gratitude. I invite you now to bring your awareness to your crown chakra at the top of your head. Begin to visualize a column of light starting at your crown and moving upwards. This column of light moves through the sky up and up until it connects with the sun. Now visualize the energy and light from the sun traveling down this column of light into your crown and covering your head, Covering your chest, Traveling down your spine, Down your arms and legs, Covering your whole body with sunlight. And now that we are connected to the earth and to the sun, We are ready. We now invite in the angels of the highest love and light to come in close. Legions of angels step forward now surrounding you. You may like to visualize this as being surrounded by a circle of light or perhaps you see forms and shapes or perhaps you just feel all the angels around you. It's all perfect. So many angels here surrounding all of us. And as we stand here connected to the earth and to the sun, Surrounded by these legions of angels, We ask the angels to send us clearing energy for our highest and greatest good. Feel or see this clearing angel energy coming into your body and filling you up, Touching every cell, Every organ, Moving through your body with your blood, Bathing in this clearing energy from the angels. And as we bathe in this clearing energy, We ask that everything that no longer serves us dissolve now for our highest and greatest good. Any hurts, Any trauma, Any pain, Any blocks, Any stagnant energy, Any negativity, Anything that we are ready to let go of dissolves now in this high vibrational angel energy. Cleansing and clearing for our highest and greatest good. Let this clearing energy travel now to any chakra, To any point in your body, Anywhere you need it for your highest and greatest good. Just let it flow. And take a big breath in and a big breath out and let it all go. And now we ask the angels to send us healing energy for our highest and greatest good. Now that we've cleared and cleansed and released, We welcome in healing energy from the angels. You can feel or see the shining, Shimmering, Golden healing and loving angel energy filling you up from head to toe, Moving all around you, Filling you up and surrounding you like in a cocoon. This healing energy is raising your frequency raising your vibration and aligning you with abundance, Vitality, Rebirth, And renewal. Surrender to this healing energy. Be open and receive this healing energy. This healing energy is opening your heart, Connecting you with your higher heart, And filling you with love, The highest frequency. Feel your heart opening. Any healing that you need for your highest and greatest good flows to you and through you now. And now with your awareness, I invite you to breathe in this healing energy through the left side of your body and breathe out this healing energy through the right side of your body. So again, Breathing in and up through your left side of your body and breathing out and down through the right side of your body. Again, Breathing in and up through the left and out and down through the right, Inviting in a balance between the masculine and feminine energies within you. You may even like to visualize this as an infinity symbol covering your body, The energy moving in perfect balance. Breathe in any last bit of healing angel energy that you need at this time for your highest and greatest good. Take a big breath in and a big breath out and open and receive. And now we turn our attention to the earth and the world at large and we share this beautiful healing and loving angel energy, This infinite energy. We ask the angels now to send this clearing and healing energy to the earth and to humanity for the highest and greatest good of all. They needed an invitation and we give it to them now to unleash their powerful healing energy for the earth and for humanity. Visualize this angel energy filling up the whole world, Covering the whole globe. Visualize the earth radiating and shining bright and golden in this angel energy, Raising the vibration of the earth and humanity, Dissolving density, Dissolving negativity, Filling the world with love. And any place on earth that you feel needs a little extra dose of this energy, Ask the angels to send it there now for the highest and greatest good of all. Take a moment to visualize this golden shining earth filled with love. So it is. We thank the angels for their energy and all that we cleared and all that we received. And the angels step back now. And now we invite in the dragons of the highest love and light to come in close. We ask the dragons to clear our path forward for our highest and greatest good. We ask the dragons to clear any blocks or obstacles in our path moving forward. Anything that no longer serves our highest and greatest good, We ask the dragons to clear it now. I see this and visualize this as the dragons flying ahead of us and clearing the path that we are walking. We ask the dragons to clear out anything in our paths blocking us from our highest timeline. Anything blocking us from abundance, We ask the dragons to clear it now. Anything blocking us from love, We ask the dragons to clear it now. Anything blocking us from embodying our higher selves, We ask the dragons to clear it now for our highest and greatest good. So it is. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to the dragons. And if you haven't already done so, Please take a moment to thank the angels and thank the dragons. And know that you can always, Always, Always call on the angels and call on the dragons for help whenever you need them. And know that you can always ask them to clear your path. Know that you can always ask them to send healing and clearing and love to the earth and to humanity and to anywhere that needs it. But they do need an invitation. Thank you, Angels, And thank you, Dragons. While you come back, I'm just going to go ahead and close the circle and dissolve some of the energy. Thank you to our spirit guides, Ascended masters, Teachers, Loved ones, Angels, And dragons of the highest love and light for showing up today and supporting us on this journey. Thank you to Archangel Raphael and Archangel Aurora for guiding us and holding space for us and supporting us and protecting us today. Thank you to Mother Earth and our higher selves for guiding us and supporting us and holding us, Providing for us. Thank you to the elements, Ether, Earth, Water, Fire, And air. Thank you to the healing energy that we each received today. We ask that these energies and all that we receive today be integrated gently for our highest and greatest good. Our energies return to each of us now when we release any excess energy back into the earth. The circle is now dissolved. So it is. Take your time now to connect back in with your breath and your body. Feel your seat on the ground. Tune back into your breath. Slowly come back into the space you're in. Feel your feet where it's touching the earth. Notice your chest and your belly rising and falling with your breath. When you're ready, Slowly flutter your eyes open.
