Welcome to your morning meditation.

This practice is designed to help you start your day with a calm and focused mind,

Setting a positive tone for the hours ahead.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a moment to consciously release any tension from your body,

Allowing yourself to fully relax.

As you embark on this meditation remember that you have the power to create a beautiful day filled with presence and gratitude.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the cool air enter your nostrils and fill your lungs.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any stress or negativity.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm and simply observe each inhalation and exhalation.

Feel the gentle rise and fall on your stomach,

With the sensation of your breath passing through your nostrils.

As you continue to breathe,

Bring your attention to the present moment.

Notice any sounds around you,

Whether it's the soft hum of the environment or the birds singing outside.

Be fully present in this space,

Embracing the stillness and silence within.

Now take a moment to express gratitude for the new day ahead.

Think of three things you are grateful for today.

It could be something as simple as the warmth of your bed or the love of your family and friends.

Allow the feeling of gratitude to expand within you,

Filling your heart with joy.

As you cultivate gratitude,

Let your awareness shift to your body.

Scan your body from head to toe,

Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.

Send a gentle wave of relaxation to each part of your body,

Inviting a sense of tranquility.

Let go of any physical or mental stress,

Allowing yourself to fully surrender to the present moment.

Now visualize a radiant ball of golden light just above your head.

This light represents your inner essence,

Your higher self.

With each breath,

Feel this light descending slowly,

Moving through the crown of your head,

Illuminating every cell in your body.

Sense the warmth and peace that this light brings as it spreads throughout your entire being.

Take a few moments to reflect on your intentions for the day.

What qualities would you like to embody?

What actions or choices align with your higher self?

Allow these intentions to become clear in your mind,

Infusing them with a sense of purpose and positivity.

As you near the end of this meditation,

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh energy and exhale,

Releasing any remaining tension or thoughts.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present and aware.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Slowly awakening your body.

Take a moment to appreciate this time you have dedicated to yourself and your well-being.

As you go about your day,

Remember the calmness and clarity you have cultivated in this meditation.
