Simonette invites us to bring hope alive and explore how it supports us throughout our everyday activities. Each day we can choose a value to bring into our awareness and see how it can influence and affect our relationships and sense of well-being. She concludes this talk with a guided meditation that allows us to be mindfully aware of how hope can guide our actions and to embody hope in our lives.

Daily virtues to practice in your everyday life going to discover today and for the next three or four days important virtues that guide your life and the first virtue I wish to talk about is hope.

Hope is one of the major predictors in maintaining well-being when we're going through adversity.

Recent research confirms the protective qualities of having hope.

Never lose hope and every now and then visualise your most beautiful future.

So I'd like you to take the time now,

You can pause and write down your thoughts about what are your guiding values.

You may have already considered this or it might be the first time.

And when you're speaking with other people or in your daily operations the things that you need to deal with tasks at hand think about hope.

Think about your most beautiful future.

And before we finish today I'd like you to just spend some time focusing in on your body sensations and any sensations that arise when you consider hope and your hope.

Hope for your life,

For your friends,

For your family.

Hope for the world,

Hope for the planet,

Hope that you have for your community and your friends.

And settling into that space now,

That inquiry,

Bringing your attention to your body,

Scanning your body from the top part of your head all the way down,

Slowly down through your body to your feet.

Noticing any sensations and giving your full attention now to those sensations in your body.

Resting in the quietness of that with inquiry and hope.

Notice what happens to the sensation.

Notice the thoughts,

Perhaps memories.

And I hope that you have a fantastic day today and that there are some great surprises that come to you that really give you that sense of insight and gratitude as you play with the virtue hope.

So bye for now and have a fabulous day.

Wonderful!Thank you πŸ™πŸΌ Hope is all we have sometimes and then the sun rises , the dark of the night ends... tonight the moon was shining.Smoky clouds covered it at times , and then drifted away , revealing again the light of the magical moon. Like nature we are so capable of resilience. We fall , then rise like the spectacular sun . We mustn’t give up before the miracle happens . πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’«βœ¨πŸ’œ Hope= hold on pain ends. πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«β€οΈ
