Take a nice long breath in through your nose,
Feeling it traveling wherever it needs to,
And then as you exhale you feel yourself letting go,
And we breathe in again through the nose,
And we feel ourselves as we exhale letting go of any tension,
Stress,
Pressures,
Or concerns,
And fall away.
Now allow yourself just to breathe as usual with the gentle recognition that the breath continues to lull you into a state of peace and calm.
Feel into the connection that you have with yourself,
And in particular focusing on the connection with the self that you may struggle with,
Or perhaps at times hide away from,
Connecting with this fragile piece of ourselves,
And the first thing we do is we welcome this aspect of self,
As if being an older sibling,
In calling that young child to us and giving them a reassuring hug,
We sit in presence,
Even if we have deemed this part broken,
Damaged,
Injured,
We shower love onto this aspect of self,
And you may feel it as waves of beautiful energy of love,
You may feel that you are embracing this part of yourself,
And a violet light,
Very deep healing,
Flowing to this aspect of you,
And now you envelope this aspect of you,
And perhaps it may be the entirety of you,
Forgiveness,
And this energy of forgiveness is comprised of unconditional love and understanding,
And as you take some time now to sit with yourself in the energy of forgiveness,
You allow all that needs to be cleared and released,
To dissolve back to pure love,
Any form of judgments,
Anger,
Frustration,
Disappointment,
Shame,
Expectation,
All of this dissolves back to love,
Within this space you feel a deepening connection between you and the aspect that you may have formerly been either in conflict,
Or even a sense of disconnect with,
You notice there is this wholeness,
This integration,
It takes some time with your breath,
Being your guide to keep you in the present,
To stay in connection with all of yourself,
If it supports you further,
Place one hand across your heart,
To connect you with yourself,
You may sense the wholeness,
Like you're filling up and feeling more complete,
This is a good sign,
Call into this space within us and around us,
Passion,
The compassion is yours,
And you observe or feel into it flowing in and around all of you,
This integrated being that you are,
Remember to keep breathing,
Even if there is something that's stirring a little in the heart,
May this loving compassion fill up every cell,
Every thought in your mind,
Every inhalation,
In every biological process,
This is the deep healing that we do,
Where you know that you are in this moment alchemizing your own healing,
Where you are allowing the divine to work with you,
And so be it,
Give thanks to the divine,
Give thanks to yourself for integrating all of you into one beautiful whole,
With your own unconditional love and self-compassion,
As you prepare to connect again with the physical world,
Continue to experience this wholeness,
This expansive beauty that is you,
So that you may bring this back with you,
For others around you,
And for yourself,
