Hello and welcome.

I'm Rep Skip and it is my pleasure to be here with you ending our day together.

It is so important that we get enough sleep so the next day when we rise up to do the work we're meant to do,

We feel rested and energized.

Soothing sleep affirmations is a meditation to help you to drift off into a sweet slumber using affirmations and mantras as you prepare to sleep.

So please take a moment,

Get comfortable,

Prepare yourself,

Allow yourself to begin to move into a state of rest,

Calm,

And peace.

As you prepare yourself,

Think about this as the last task of your day.

So find your designated space for slumber.

Get comfortable physically.

Cover yourself in your blanket if you feel comfortable.

Adjust your pillow and allow your body just to float into your bed of dreams.

Allow your body to just relax.

Begin to feel the curvature of the spine.

Follow your breath.

Let's take three soothing breaths and a deep release of the breath.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Now simply follow the rhythm of your breath.

Close your eyes,

Release any external stimulization,

And go within yourself.

And breathe out.

Inhale.

Allow your consciousness and your mind,

Your surroundings,

Support you.

You are secure.

You can sleep.

The universe is working on your being.

The universe wants you to be rested.

Everything around you is supporting your sleep.

Everything around you is supported.

As you begin to drift off,

Allow yourself the space to move into the dream world,

Into the dreamscape.

And as you begin to fall deep into a beautiful slumber,

Together we listen to our soothing sleep affirmations.

I am willing to release and let go of my day.

I release any doubt.

I free myself from worry.

I bless my day to journey into the dreamscape.

My dreams are sacred.

I am sacred.

I give thanks for the breath.

I give thanks for life.

I give thanks for abundance.

Life is good.

Sleep is divine.

Divine.

And divine.

And release my thoughts.

The universe is a calm,
