Sit in a relaxed position and be comfortable.
Be comfortable,
Be easy.
And this meditation will help you to let go.
Part of being worried is holding on to things in my mind that I don't need to be thinking about.
Holding on to old memories,
Old habits,
Old patterns of thinking and feeling.
And sometimes even projecting those into the future.
So that my mind is completely full with unnecessary waste.
So the more that I can declutter the mind and let go of this waste,
The more I can let go of worry.
And I can program my mind to be lighter,
Fresher and also more positive towards life.
So I gently sit and turn within,
Looking at the state of my mind.
And I ask myself,
What am I feeling?
What am I thinking about from the past that I could probably let go of?
Does my mind repeatedly go to a particular situation,
A person,
A memory?
Anything in the past that has left a mark inside me.
And that brings up negative feelings again and again.
Does my mind go to the future with the same concerns,
The same worry,
The same feelings of anxiety,
Repeating the same thoughts,
The same feelings again and again?
Let me just sit for a moment with myself and try and identify what is it that I can let go of that is unnecessary,
That is wasteful,
That is just extra baggage that I'm carrying with me.
Because this extra baggage starts to become a burden on my mind over time.
And this extra baggage doesn't help me to move forward with positivity.
So give yourself a little bit of space,
A little bit of time now to identify what you need to let go of,
What is unnecessary.
Try to understand how important it is for you to let go,
How beneficial it is for you to let go,
Letting go of past feelings and worries of the future will make you feel light.
It will set you free and it will allow you to fly.
You will have freedom to create freshness and newness in your mind and to look forward with more optimism.
You just need courage to put a full stop and let go.
Let the past be the past.
Let the future unfold in its own time.
In this moment let go.
And allow yourself to be free.
Let there be space in your mind.
Let your mind be clear,
Be clean.
Let your mind be light with no more baggage,
No more burden.
So that you can fly.
The courage to let go comes from understanding that the person who benefits the most from me feeling light and free is me.
I don't let go to help others or to change the past.
But when I am free and I can think clearly then I feel better.
And as I let go of any memory of the past or worry of the future and I just stay in the present moment.
I feel a sense of relief taking over my mind.
Everything will be okay.
I can replace the worry,
The concerns with a sense of relief,
A sense of optimism,
A feeling of trust.
I am no longer tied to that which holds me back.
I am free.
In this moment let me be free.
Let my inner sense know that freedom is the way I was born to be.
With this newfound freedom I can fly.
I can move forward into the future with hope,
With lightness.
Just allow yourself to feel this feeling of freedom right now and enjoy feeling light.
