So good morning and welcome.
Let's settle ourselves.
As people start to arrive.
Good morning.
Take whatever time you need to get yourself comfortable,
Seated.
Supported.
Our mantra for today is Om Mani Padme Hum.
OM MANI PADME HUM There's As always with.
Every.
Traditional mantra there's a million versions of translations Really,
It's the vibration of the words,
The sounds.
And the felt sense.
Of the mantra that matters.
So perhaps we can just put down our need to.
.
.
Cognitively.
Process and understand and instead Move towards a wider field.
Of just feeling.
So as you settle yourself,
You might begin to notice the ground.
The weight of your body.
I noticed the Sitting bones,
The pelvis,
In your seat.
It's a funny thing how we can kind of be hovering through our lives but really landing.
So taking a moment to slow down.
And deliberately growl.
Connect with Earth.
Be helpful.
I'm just watching the breath.
As it adjusts to your practice.
As you become aware of your body.
You might notice pockets of tension,
Kind of accidental pockets of tension.
So feel free to wriggle around and circle and do whatever you need to do to invite spaciousness.
Into the body.
A stillness descends.
You might find a sense of dropping.
And so the mantra arrives in your practice.
Oh,
Manny Pat Mayhem.
It's scient.
Repetition.
Holding you as you practice.
Offering you somewhere.
To come back to.
When you wonder.
The mantra is the secure base.
Does need you to cling.
Tightly to it.
It invites you to keep coming back.
To know that it is here for you.
Offering you something of comfort.
Of grace.
Care you.
Wherever your practice has taken you to.
Whatever the experience A few moments just to be with it.
Allowing it whatever form,
Whatever shape it took.
Allowing it to be exactly that.
No need for it to be different.
Feeling the weight of your body Allowing your breath to deepen.
Perhaps bringing your hands to your heart as we offer the fruits of our practice to ourselves.
Into each other.
And to all beings.
Namaste.
Thank you for being here.
