Welcome to Soso's Meditation.

Tonight,

To help you fall asleep,

I will tell you the most beautiful Christmas story.

Before we begin,

Let's relax a little bit together.

First,

Breathe in slowly through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth.

Imagine that your breath is a peaceful wind blowing in the snowy mountains.

Let's do it again.

Breathe in slowly and out.

You are here,

Now,

In your bed,

Ready to fall asleep.

Each moment,

You can breathe deeply and be yourself.

Feel the air going through your nose first and through your mouth.

How does your body feel tonight?

Is it tired?

Let's scan your body.

Let's start by wiggling our toes.

Wiggle your toes.

Then move slowly your legs.

Just wiggle them,

Not too intense.

Now,

Put one hand on your belly and the other hand on your heart.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel your body moving up as you breathe in.

Now,

Breathe out through your mouth and feel it going down.

Do you feel a little bit more relaxed by now?

If not,

Keep doing the breathing.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

At night,

We often think back about our day and we may feel all sorts of emotions.

Some emotions can make us worry.

Other emotions can make us sad.

And some may make us joyful.

All those emotions are important and valid.

I hope you have someone to discuss your emotions in the daytime because sharing is caring.

That means the people who love you will want to hear all about your emotions.

So it's important for you to share.

Now,

One more deep breath in and out.

Let's begin our beautiful story.

It's getting cold outside and Christmas is coming fast.

Lily the elf wanted to make her human,

Livia,

Very happy.

Livia is a little girl who loves unicorns.

She has thousands of them in all sorts of forms.

She knows they are real.

Because one day she asked,

Hey Google,

Are unicorns real?

I'm pretty sure I saw a unicorn once.

It definitely wasn't a horse with a stick,

No matter what the engineers say.

After this answer,

Livia knew what she had to ask Santa for Christmas.

Livia wanted a real unicorn for Christmas.

One morning in December,

Livia found her elf Lily playing tricks around the house.

That morning was no different.

Lily decided to hide all of Livia's unicorn around the house.

That meant Livia had to play hide and seek with thousands of unicorns.

At first,

She loved the trick,

But after a few minutes of searching,

She felt it was really,

Really enough.

As little Livia was looking for her unicorns,

She thought,

How lovely would it be to have one,

But one real unicorn with me.

The house would be filled with cupcakes and rainbows all over.

It would be the best thing ever.

Lily could not do as much as an elf.

She did not have enough powers.

She did have a few,

But bringing a unicorn to Livia for Christmas was not one of them.

She could change a Christmas tree into a candy Christmas tree,

All purple and pink.

She could make candies and chocolate appear under a pillow.

She could fish goldfish in the kitchen sink and even hang toilet paper all over the house.

But she could not bring a unicorn to Livia for Christmas.

Another thing she knew how to do was to convince Santa Claus.

She knew Santa Claus personally,

And she knew that he had more than one trick up his sleeve to help her find a real unicorn.

Therefore,

She had to take a quick trip to the North Pole the very last night before Christmas Eve to discuss with Santa unicorn options in the hope to find one,

Of course.

Where would Santa find a unicorn?

Only him had the answer to that because Google said she never saw one.

The little elf went over mountains,

Clouds,

And rainbows to find a unicorn ready to be adopted by little Livia.

Santa told Lillie to look near the magical unicorn kingdom in the skies of Australia.

This was the place to find unicorns.

Lillie had to act fast since she had to find the perfect purple unicorn and bring it back to Canada where Livia lives and dreams at this very moment.

After exploring every inch of the sky,

Lillie finally found the majestic kingdom of unicorns.

As she entered,

There was a beautiful,

Velvety,

Purplish unicorn.

She presented herself and explained her very challenging quest.

The unicorn was named Violet,

And she was a unicorn with rainbow powers.

She was able to live indoors,

So it was perfect for Livia's little house.

Lillie the elf and Violet the unicorn came back together to the North Pole to arrange the delivery with Santa.

On Christmas Eve,

Livia talked to Lillie the elf,

Really hoping that she heard her wish for a real unicorn.

And she went to bed.

During that night,

Santa and Lillie placed Violet in a humongous box next to the Christmas tree along with the rest of the gifts for her family.

You can guess what happened the next morning.

Livia woke up so early,

The sun was still hidden behind the mountains.

She ran to the Christmas tree to find the biggest purple and pink box.

She could only imagine what was inside.

Was she really getting what she asked for?

The only way to find out was to ask all her family to get up and begin the Christmas morning routine of unwrapping gifts.

No time for breakfast this year.

She had to open that box when her family gave her the signal.

So she began unwrapping,

Slowly and carefully,

To make sure nothing inside would be broken or hurt.

To her heart's content,

She had it,

She would see it with her own eyes,

Her very own,

And the most beautiful purple unicorn,

Violet.

A real,

Real,

Real,

Real unicorn.

Thank you.
