Today's meditation is all about meeting yourself where you are because it's exactly where you are supposed to be. Let's breathe together. Inhale. Exhale

Allowing yourself to find a comfortable seat allowing yourself to be fully supported for the next few moments when you feel rested and settled allow your awareness to meet your breath letting it be gentle letting it be soft letting it be yours over the next few moments your breath will be your anchor your job is to meet it in your body to be the witness maybe taking a moment to notice where the breath begins maybe it's right on the tip of your nose on your lips and allow yourself to trace it into your body getting curious about its shape its size its depth and all the subtle shifts that happen in your body as you breathe maybe taking a moment to marvel in the idea that your breath happens it happens without condition without negotiation this is flow this is ease and you are already doing it allowing yourself to explore all parts of the breath the inhale the exhale and any spaces in between witness it as it beautifully dances in and out and those spaces in between maybe ever so slight but it is in there that possibility sits you see these are the gateway to your heart to who you are to something new and on your next inhale see if you can make your breath bigger opening it letting your lungs kiss the insides of your ribs let your belly fill and then let it all go notice what pulls you away and trust that your breath is your anchor bringing you back to center and in our last few breaths of this meditation find in your body where you may need just a little more breath and see if you can send it there now bringing your awareness back to the tip of your nose taking one final breath in taking one final inhale and exhale together for this meditation breathing in and out thank you for joining me today
