Souldivine Moment - Spiritual Wealth

This is Lauren Danielle with Soul Divine.

And I want to invite you to this Soul Divine moment,

Centering around being rooted in your spiritual wealth being.

As we focus on the Crown Chakra,

Located at the top of the crown.

And we will begin by taking some deep cleansing breaths in through the nose as we fill the belly up with air.

Then we exhale as we release,

Pulling the belly back in towards the spine.

Continue this deep breathing throughout the duration of this meditation.

Now we are going to take a deep breath in through the nose as we release,

Pulling the belly back in towards the spine.

I am a radiant being.

I am a spiritual being.

My inner self and my higher self are connected.

I am divinely connected to Source.

I am divinely connected to Source.

I am divinely connected to Source.

Begin to bring gentle movement to your fingertips and your toes as you slowly awaken your body bringing your awareness back to this space.

Deepen in your breath again.
