The transition of a loved one can be challenging. Join me for this Soul Divine moment centered around bereavement. This meditation is in honor of my beloved Cousin Kyanna Baldwin that recently won her fight with lupus. Her beautiful smile and fun spirit is truly missed, but grateful to know that she is now free! I pray that this meditation brings you peace and comfort to your mind-body-spirit as you reflect on your loved one.

Peace and love,

This is Lauren Danielle with Soul Divine.

And I wanna invite you to this Soul Divine moment centered around bereavement.

So take this moment to close your eyes and tune in to this meditation.

And I wanna invite you to begin with taking some deep breaths in through the nose as you fill the belly up with air.

And then you exhale as you release the air from your belly,

Pulling your belly back in towards your spine.

Deep breath in as you breathe in love,

Breathe in peace,

And then you exhale as you release the air from your belly,

Breathing in love,

Breathe in peace,

Breathe in joy.

Exhale,

Exhale as you release sadness,

Release disappointment,

Release hurt.

Deep breath in as you breathe in comfort,

As you breathe in good memories,

As you breathe in love.

Exhale as you release disappointment,

Release sadness,

Release turmoil.

Now I want you to now focus on the breath and the energy that you're loved one had in this physical realm.

I want you to meditate on those good memories where you have a good memory,

Where you have a good memory,

Where you have a good memory,

Where you have a good memories,

Where you have fun,

Where you laugh,

You talk.

Hold on to those memories.

And in your mind's eye,

I want you to see your loved one.

You may tune back in to a favorite memory that you have with them.

Feel the emotions.

That came up from that happy memory.

What were you doing?

What fun memory did you create with them?

Allow that love energy to radiate all around you.

Allow it to wash over your aura from the crown of your head all the way down to your feet,

Feeling that fun,

Love,

Happiness,

Joy,

Feeling that energy surrounding you.

And be at peace with knowing that is your loved one surrounding you.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And out.

And out.

Begin to bring gentle movement to your fingertips and your toes.

As you slowly awaken your body,

Bringing your awareness back to this moment.

And as you slowly awaken your body,

Bringing your awareness back to this space.

And I want to thank you for tuning in to this soul divine moment centering around bereavement.

And I pray that it brought peace and ease to your heart,

Mind and spirit.
