Hey friends,
Welcome to this sound healing space.
My name is Denise.
I'm coming to you from New Jersey,

Today we're going to focus on the chakras and I call it sound healing space because as we step into this.
Through sound,
Our intention and focus.
You're creating your own self-healing space.
So already finding your breath.
I say finding because sometimes it does get lost,
Doesn't it?
We forget.
This precious gift of breath is here for us at all times,
And we can deepen it.
And we can elongate it.
Special gift.
In this meditation,
You don't have to know a thing about our chakras.
We're going to do visualization and sound.
Find a comfortable posture seated or lying down.
Please do not do this while driving.
We're doing a physical sound check,
How do the bowls sound,
And our internal sound check.
How is our mind sounding?
Can we find the space in between thoughts?
The space at the top of the inhale,
That moment.
Right before it goes to the exhale.
That space right before another thought flows in.
So again,
We're creating this space for our breath.
Through your comfortable posture.
I'll begin with a sound wash,
A nice cleansing,
Anything you'd like to get rid of right now.
Anything you can release in this moment,
The intention of letting it go.
Moving your breath,
Following your exhale.
There's no right or wrong in this practice.
Just being here is enough.
I invite you to draw awareness to the base of your spine,
Your seat,
Down the length of your legs,
Your feet.
You can even move around,
Offer relaxation.
From your seat down.
I am saved.
I am present.
I am steady like a mountain.
And breathe into that mountainous energy.
And so close,
Drawing awareness to your hip region.
Maybe you can even reach the breath there.
Into this deeper belly breath.
Still having the sensation of your legs grounding you,
That mountainous energy as we tap into.
Ideas that are ready to be birthed.
Them creative.
I'm joyful.
I am free to express.
Noticing what's comfortable,
What's uncomfortable.
And staying with that steadiness of your breath.
And drawing awareness somewhere between your belly button and chest.
Perhaps you can notice your lower ribs receiving that deeper breath.
I am safe to be me.
I trust myself.
I am steady.
Feel that mountainous energy.
Creative force flowing through you.
And that trust.
That trust in yourself.
Draw awareness to our heart center so that deep rooted breath nourishing our heart.
This is a biggie.
I love myself exactly as I am.
Breathe into that.
It's a good one to do in the mirror.
I love myself exactly as I am.
I am steady like a mountain.
And I trust my creative intuition.
I send myself loving kindness.
I invite joy.
Freedom.
In space.
Ringing the bell to clear any blocks that might be coming in,
Any thoughts.
Relax any physical tensions.
You are safe to be you in this moment.
Feel the breath moving through you and around you.
As we access our communication center,
Our throat,
Loosening the jaw,
Resting the tongue.
I have a message to be heard.
I hear clearly.
And I am safe to express.
Mountainous,
Creative,
Trusting,
Expressive.
Moving to our intuition,
Center of head,
Third eye.
Softening your eyes and as if you can breathe like a yawn into your head.
Trusting that inner voice,
That intuition.
Breathe down the length of your spine.
All the way back up.
I create space to listen clearly.
And gentle awareness to the crown of your head.
And calling in that divine within you as that remembrance.
That listening space.
That true voice beyond all of the voices in our head.
I am here.
I trust in myself.
My sovereignty.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
You And if you're able,
Hum with me.
Aloud.
Accessing all of these points.
You One more.
In this moment,
I am balanced.
Steady.
And strong.
And we'll seal this with a nice inhale.
And the exhale.
You can come back to this.
In any moment through that conscious breath.
Inhaling.
Exhale.
