Thanks for joining me for this three-minute reset.
My name's Denise here in New Jersey,

So coming into your breath.
A sound wash.
You can be seated standing or lying down.
Maybe even move your shoulders a little bit.
Shake down the arm.
Shake out your legs.
Take a nice deep breath.
I'm going to ring the bells.
Full exhale.
The bells are meant to clear energy,
Draw us to this present moment,
And invite the divine.
So let's do that again.
Nice inhale.
Big exhale.
Nice they're pretty clear.
One more big inhale.
Full exhale.
Receive this sound wash.
Feel the inhale coming,
Flowing in.
And I exhale.
Flowing out.
Might not be so easy,
But create the space for the inhale to flow in as you can.
And follow it as it flows out.
We don't take an inhale,
We receive the inhale.
And we can control the exhale.
If we want.
Receiving your breath.
Following it as it flows out.
All the while this protocol encouraging a waterfall of cleansing.
What can relax?
Inviting the mind here to focus and the physical tensions to soften.
One more wash.
You don't have to rush.
Just follow the breath.
Follow the sound.
Like this is a magic carpet of sound embracing us with the remembrance.
Of our wholeness in this moment.
And let's come to that breath again.
Check into the sound of our bells,
Exhaling.
