Your sex organs,

First filling the room that you are in,
And then out into your town,
Across the country,

And eventually reaching out into the vastness of the universe.
Offer gratitude to this energy center,

Raise the frequency of this center by cultivating an elevated emotion such as love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Or joy.
Feel this emotion radiating from your pelvic area,
