In experiential meditation,
You have to believe,
You have to surrender.
In this meditation,
You are strengthening your connection to your higher self,
And accessing deeper levels of self.
Trust in the power of your mind and the universe to guide you towards your intention.

As you settle into a calm state,
Begin by focusing on your breath.
Take six breaths together.
You'll take a deep breath,
Inhaling for about a count of six.
There is no need to be exact.
Breathe in,
Breathe in again.
Breathe in for a count of six,
Fully to none.
Breathe in again,
Breathe in.
Allow yourself to continue breathing naturally.
Just relax,
Tense each area,
And then fully release.
Tense your feet,
Stretching them to squeeze and tense your lower abs.
Squeeze in your upper,
Tense your chest,
Tense an area.
Spread your fingers out to tighten them.
Stretch and release onto your face to tense it.
Closing your eyes,
Project a beam of light moves through you.
It feels your body will stop at the bottom.
Allow yourself to fully surrender to this state of relaxation.
Continue to breathe deep.
The screen represents the door to your reality.
Sink deeper and project the image you desire.
You are striving towards the healthy steps in your way.
As you visualize,
Allow yourself to surrender to the experience.
Release any expectations or judgment,
Resulting in bodily sensation.
Silence while listening to the music and continue to notice the difference.
Stay open and allow yourself to take a few deep breaths.
