Transcript

To begin,

Make sure you're either laying down or sitting comfortably.

And once you are,

I'd like you to take in a nice big deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and gently just close your eyes now,

Letting yourself sink deeper and deeper into the surface that you're resting on.

Just continuing to take breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now I'd like you to imagine yourself walking down a path in a beautiful open meadow filled with wildflowers.

The sun's golden rays are shining down on you,

And it's just the perfect temperature.

You can hear the whispers of a gentle breeze as it brushes up against your skin,

And the wildflowers begin to sway with the direction the wind carries them,

And it's a beautiful but simple sight to see.

It's very peaceful here in this meadow,

And the further you walk along this path,

Taking in all the beauty,

The more deeply relaxed you become.

Your breathing becomes a little easier,

Lungs expanding a little more with each breath,

And you allow your shoulders to drop as you relax even more.

You're feeling more deeply relaxed,

Safe,

And at ease,

Because you are deeply relaxed,

Safe,

And at ease.

Now experience the feelings of peace and quiet,

Knowing that at this moment in time,

Nothing else matters but this peaceful feeling.

There's no to-do list,

There's no important things you need to do.

All you need to do in this moment is embrace this peaceful,

Still feeling,

And that's enough.

Acknowledge that you're taking this time for you.

Creating space for your healing is a beautiful thing.

As you keep walking down this path,

You notice that there's a hill,

And you begin to journey your way up.

Once you're at the top,

You take a moment to take in the beauty of this hilltop.

You notice the clear blue sky,

And the sun shining down on the blades of grass,

Almost making them glitter.

You notice that there's a large oak tree that overlooks the meadow below,

And you sit down and rest your back against this old oak tree,

Allowing it to embrace you,

And allowing yourself to sink deep into this oak tree.

As you rest,

The feeling of peacefulness grows stronger and stronger,

Relaxing you even more.

You're growing stronger and stronger in every moment,

Just like this old oak tree rooted and grounded to the earth.

From where you're sitting,

The sun is shining directly on you.

The sun's rays are exuding golden light that produces a powerful but peaceful healing quality.

You can feel this warmth start at the top of your head,

And in a few moments,

This golden light will begin to make its way down your body.

And as it does,

It will simply release and let go of all of the tension throughout your body,

And replace it with this beautiful,

Golden,

Peaceful light.

And as the healing light begins to trickle down your face,

You feel the tension release in your forehead,

And a warm sensation gently relaxes the muscles in your eyebrows,

And the tiny muscles around your eyes,

Just feeling completely relaxed.

And as this tension releases,

The peaceful relaxing golden light fills in the spaces that are now free of tension.

This warm golden light now makes its way down your jaw and your neck,

Releasing stuck and stagnant energy,

And letting it flow out of your body,

Flowing down out of your body,

And just letting your jaw sink a bit deeper now,

Even letting your mouth rest slightly open.

And now the golden light is moving through your shoulders,

Releasing tightness and tension that may have been built up,

And your shoulders are now able to just sink down deeper,

Letting go of all the tension in your shoulders.

And the golden light is now moving down your arms,

And all the way down to the tips of your fingers,

Clearing any strain or tension,

Allowing you to fully let go and relax.

And now the golden light travels through your heart space and chest,

Releasing any tightness and tension there in the chest,

Letting you breathe more easily,

And letting the tension just wash away,

And replacing it with this golden healing peaceful light.

Now the light is making its way down your hips and legs,

And completely relaxing.

All the way down to the tips of your toes,

This beautiful energy allowing you to fully and completely relax.

And in this moment your body is completely at peace and relaxed.

And in this moment you know that this inner world of peace and comfort is always accessible to you,

Knowing that you are the strong oak tree rooted and grounded to the earth.

And that the sun with its healing energy is always shining from within you,

Always available to wash away the tension.

Now in just a moment I'm going to bring you back,

And you're going to bring back this relaxing and peaceful energy with you,

And you're going to carry it with you throughout your day.

Five,

Four,

Feeling returning to your fingers and toes,

Three,

Two,

Feeling more confident and relaxed,

Fully able to let go of the things in the past,

And one,

Eyes open.
