Deep inside we have a feeling of who we are.
It feels warm and intimate and present.
This meditation intends to bring us home.
Home to the place where we feel most like ourselves.
Home to who we truly are.
We start by taking a deep breath in and gently blowing it out.
You can release all the tension.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And start to slow down.
Not a sound,
Just simple breathing.
And slowing down like this can let us arrive in this very moment.
There can be some moments in our life in which we feel a little strange to ourselves.
We feel disconnected from our essence and do not recognize ourselves in our words,
In our actions and the choices we make.
Now look at those moments,
Thoughts,
You had that don't feel authentic,
That don't feel true and loving.
How does it make you fear to pretend,
To prove,
To act or to hold onto versions of yourself that don't feel pure?
In this moment we have the space to allow ourselves to feel clearly and deeply.
How does it make you feel?
Breathing in and we let it go like wind blowing through the leaves.
Repeat after me.
I have the courage to let go of the layers and versions of myself that I think keep me safe.
I release all clinging.
I don't have to protect myself anymore.
I am safe to be myself.
I am safe to open up.
I am safe to love and to fully enjoy my life.
Feel into the warm and loving space inside of you.
The place that feels intimate and kind.
The being inside of you that knows who you are.
Fully soften into this pure self.
You feel grounded and light at the same time.
Here and now in this place you trust.
Arriving here means that we can free ourselves from the tendencies and layers that keep us from experiencing our life fully.
When I am in my centre I feel grounded.
I feel like I am part of the earth.
I feel alive.
I allow myself to feel what is there to feel.
I fully accept the flow of the things around me.
I have deep trust.
And only when we are in our centre we can live a life that feels true to us.
When we are present every moment can touch us deeply.
Now we bow down to our chest and lay one hand onto our heart.
Let us make the promise to our most loving and present and tender self that from now on we will nourish and allow ourselves to be this wholehearted beautiful being we are.
