This guided meditation supports nervous system regulation through grounding breath and body awareness. You are gently guided to slow your breathing, feel into your body, and reconnect with the present moment. By anchoring your attention in physical sensations and the rhythm of your breath, your nervous system is invited to shift out of stress and into a more regulated, settled state. This practice can support you if your nervous system feels: overstimulated or overwhelmed, restless or dysregulated, disconnected from the body, and in need of grounding and stability. You can practice this meditation sitting or lying down, allowing your body to lead the way back into a sense of safety and embodied calm. No experience needed. A gentle, body-based approach to calming the nervous system.
