This gentle guided meditation supports you in calming your nervous system and returning to your body through slow, conscious breathing. You are invited to soften your breath, sense into your body, and create a feeling of safety and grounding within. By gently connecting breath and body awareness, your system can shift out of stress and into a more regulated, present state. This meditation is especially helpful if you feel: overwhelmed or anxious, disconnected from your body, tense or overstimulated, and in need of grounding and inner calm. You can practice this meditation sitting or lying down, allowing yourself to move slowly and listen to your body’s needs. No experience is needed. A safe space to rest, breathe, and come back home to yourself.
