Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And feel the ground beneath you,

Holding you effortlessly.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

Let your body settle.

Let your breath slow down.

Have you ever noticed how trees stand strong,

No matter the wind?

How rivers find their way,

No matter the obstacles?

What if you too were already held by something greater than you can see?

Bring your attention to your body.

Where do you feel tension?

Where do you feel ease?

Can you soften even just a little?

Notice the parts of you that are connected to the earth.

Your feet.

Your legs.

Your hands.

And imagine roots growing from them,

Deep into the earth.

What would it feel like to trust that you are supported?

Take a breath.

Feel it filling your chest,

Your belly,

Your whole being.

In.

What if you didn't have to hold everything alone?

What if you could lean into life just a little more?

Think of a time when something worked out even when you doubted it would.

What if life has always been guiding you,

Even in moments of uncertainty?

What if trust isn't something to force,

But something to allow?

Breathe in the stability beneath you.

Breathe out the weight that you don't need to carry.

If there was a message from the earth,

What would it want to tell you?

Place a hand on your heart or your belly.

Feel your own warmth,
