Gently close your eyes and feel the surface beneath you,

Supporting you completely.

Right now there's nothing to do,

Nothing to prove,

Just this moment,

Just you.

Take a deep breath in,

Feel your ribs expand,

Exhale slowly,

Let go of anything you don't need right now.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

When was the last time you truly trusted yourself?

Trusted your own knowing?

Perhaps there's a part of you that hesitates,

That feels unsure,

That is afraid or angry,

That feels lost and doesn't know where to go,

Who to talk to and doesn't know its place in this world.

Can you remember time when you listened to your intuition,

When you just knew,

Without needing logic or explanation?

Maybe it was a decision you made,

A moment of clarity it got feeling?

What did that knowing feel like?

And what if that wisdom was never lost?

Just waiting for you to reconnect with it,

To trust in it,

To listen to it.

In,

And as you exhale,

Imagine sinking into that trust,

Let it embrace you,

Let it hold you,

Let it carry you far away,

Let it guide you through your life,

Dissolve into it and And be with every hesitation,

Every fear,

It is all welcome,

Fear,

Be my guest,

Hesitation,

Be my guest,

Uncertainty,

Be my guest,

I welcome you on this journey,

I can let go,

I can soften into it,

And I can surrender.

You don't need all the answers right now,

If your inner wisdom could speak to you right now,

What would it say?

Maybe it's just one word,

One feeling,

One image,

Let it arise naturally,

Trusting that your body,

Your intuition,

Your heart,

They are always guiding you.

Stay here for a moment,

Resting in this deep sense of trust,

You don't have to force it,

You only need to allow it.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carry this feeling with you,

Self-trust is not something you have to earn,

It has always been inside of you,
