Welcome to this visualization meditation,

Letting go and recharge with the energy of the sea.

This meditation supports you to process and let go of experiences and emotions.

You cleanse your energy field and strengthen the connection with the Earth and the cosmos.

Through this,

You establish a strong balance within yourself and your positive energy will flow freely.

You can do this meditation sitting or lying down.

For example,

At the end of the day in your bed,

To fall asleep from a relaxed state of being after the meditation.

Let yourself be guided by my voice,

So you free yourself from your thoughts and you can experience this meditation with full attention.

Enjoy!

Take a meditation posture which suits you well.

If you like,

You can lay down.

If you lay down,

Clearly set the intention to stay awake to get the benefits of the whole meditation.

When you have found yourself in a good posture,

Gently close your eyes.

Bring your attention to your breath without changing it.

Where do you notice your breath in your body?

Do you feel your breath in your chest?

In your belly?

Or higher?

In your throat?

Become aware of your breath.

Are you breathing quick or slowly?

When you do not yet breathe from your belly,

Bring your breath to your belly.

On your inhalation,

Your belly expands.

On your exhalation,

Your belly comes in.

Breathe at your own pace a few times in and out.

Can you relax your breathing a little more?

Or are you already breathing in a relaxed flow?

Stay breathing consciously during this meditation.

Now bring your awareness to your third eye.

This is the point between your eyes,

Only a little higher.

Your third eye is the place from where you can make powerful visualizations.

Visualize through your third eye you are standing on a beautiful beach.

Feel the sun on your skin and the sand in between your toes.

In front of you,

You see the sea.

There is a little swell.

You see and hear the waves breaking peacefully.

The waves have a friendly cadence.

The waves come,

Break,

And withdraw.

Come,

Break,

And withdraw.

Come,

Break,

And withdraw.

Breathe on the rhythm of the waves.

When the waves come and break,

You breathe in.

When the waves withdraw,

You breathe out.

Find the rhythm of the sea in your breathing.

Breathe a few times in and out,

Flowing with the rhythm of the sea.

Now walk slowly and relax to the tight line.

When you arrive at the tight line,

You feel the water wash over your feet.

The temperature is pleasant.

Walk into the sea until your knees.

Feel the little waves rolling against your legs.

When the waves come and break,

You breathe in,

And when the waves withdraw,

You breathe out.

You keep breathing with the rhythm of the waves.

Your breath,

Your body,

And the sea slowly seem to become one.

Your body feels the rhythm of the sea and sway a little with the waves.

You breathe in when the wave comes and breaks.

You breathe out when the wave withdraws.

The waves and your breath rustle together in connection.

Walk a little further into the sea until the moment the water is reaching your waist.

Here,

The waves gently break on your body.

They wash your body clean.

Let the waves break tension in your body and in your mind when they roll and break over you.

The waves take all stock energy out of your body and your mind.

They take all that load into the sea.

Allow the sea to support you.

Let her cleanse all your negative experiences,

Emotions,

And beliefs out of you.

Feel how all flows out of you into the sea and dissolves in the big water.

Feel yourself getting lighter,

Cleaner,

And healthier.

Every wave which washes over you takes what you don't need anymore.

Every wave rinses you deeper.

The sea lets you come back into connection with the pureness of yourself,

Clear as the water of the sea.

Now the sea has cleansed you from your negative energy.

Maybe you want to play a bit in the waves or take a dive underwater to release the very last tension out of your head.

You might want to swim a little further into the sea towards the sun which shines on the horizon.

Enjoy the water for a little longer.

Make connection with the sea in a way you feel comfortable.

The sea is friendly and gives you space to feel free,

Embraced in her existence.

Allow yourself to move light and easy.

Play with your own energy and the energy of the sea.

Then you feel you are ready for the warmth of the sun and you move yourself towards the beach.

When you walk onto the beach,

You search a comfortable place where you can lay down and relax in the sun.

Under your back,

You feel the warm sand heated up by the sun.

On the front of your body,

You feel the warm sun rays shining on your body.

Lying like this,

You absorb the warmth and light of the sun.

You charge your whole body with the healing energy of the sun.

Your body is relaxed from the sea and you feel that therefore your body absorbs the energy of the sun very well.

Breathe easy from your belly,

In and out.

On every inhalation,

You breathe in the energy of the sun.

On every exhalation,

You spread the energy of the sun through your whole body.

You are very relaxed.

In this deep relaxation,

A valuable insight about yourself,

A specific experience,

Your life might arise.

See if an insight which is important for you in this moment wants to arise in your mind's eye.

If it comes,

It comes naturally.

Receive the message relaxed.

Extract the wisdom from the message.

And breathe the wisdom one time deep in and out.

Then,

Slowly bring yourself back from the beach to your third eye.

And calmly expand your awareness to come back in your physical environment.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Thank yourself.

You have given yourself valuable attention.

When it feels right,

Take a little time to feel the effects of this meditation.

Take the lightness and relaxation you gained with you into the rest of your day or into your night.

And know you can always come back to this meditation when you feel you need some cleansing of your energy.
