Hello my friend,

My name is Stacey Webb and this is the Communing with the Wisdom of your Sacred Heart meditation.

Communing with the wisdom of your sacred heart is a beautiful meditation that can bring deep peace,

Clarity and guidance.

I'm inviting you to find a comfortable space to do this meditation,

A place where you may wish to sit down,

Lie down or stand,

Whichever place you have chosen.

Inviting yourself to close down your eyes if you feel safe to do so or to lower your gaze to a fixed point in front of you and to just breathe.

Being in connection with your breath as you breathe in through the nose and out through the nose or mouth whichever feels comfortable for you.

Allowing your breath to soften,

Feeling your body relax with every breath in and out.

Bringing your attention to the center of your chest,

Your heart center and to see,

Feel,

Think or imagine a spark of light at the center of your chest and with every breath in and out that spark of light begins to expand effortlessly outwards,

Easily,

Graciously.

That spark of light fills your entire body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Filled with warmth and in space with this beautiful radiant light.

Allow yourself to feel any emotions of judgment or resistance,

Simply observe them with kindness and compassion.

Loving witness as you breathe in,

Imagine that you are inhaling this light and love into your heart,

Feeling it with even more radiant energy.

As you exhale,

Imagining releasing any tension or negativity that may be stored in your continue breathing in this way,

Focusing on the light and love within your heart.

Then go or ask your heart for guidance on any issue or question that is weighing answer to come to you,

A feeling,

A sensation,

An image or a word,

Trust what is best for you.

You are capable of following its wisdom.

Deep breath in,

Filling the belly,

Releasing through the mouth,

The soul,

Return to its own natural feeling,

The gratitude for the connection you have made with your sacred heart.

Know that you can return to this meditation anytime you need to connect with your inner wisdom.

Moving the body,

Inviting yourself to wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready,

Slowly opening your eyes,

Looking around the space you are in and taking a moment to ground yourself for continuing.

Remember to carry the light and love and to honor the wisdom resides.
