Hello and welcome.

My name is Staré.

This meditation supports you in releasing an energetic connection to someone or something that no longer aligns with you or who you're becoming.

Through visualization and attention,

You'll create space for healing,

Closure,

And freedom.

Whenever you're ready,

Settle into your breath and let's begin.

Settle in.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Let your body soften.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your mind begin to quiet.

Feel your awareness melt down into your body,

Into this moment,

Into this breath.

Let the outside world fall away.

You are safe here.

You are held here.

You are guided here.

Now imagine a warm,

Steady light at the center of your chest.

The light of your own energy,

Your own essence,

Your own truth.

See it glowing softly,

Pulsing with your breath.

With every inhale,

It expands.

With every exhale,

It settles.

This is your center,

Your home,

Your power.

Now bring to mind the person,

Memory,

Emotion,

Habit,

Or situation that you are right now.

Now bring to mind the person,

Memory,

Emotion,

Habit,

Or situation that you are right now.

Not with judgment,

Not with anger,

Simply with clarity.

See it gently appear in front of you at a comfortable distance as if you are observing it from a place of strength and neutrality.

Between the two of you,

Between you and this energy,

Notice a cord.

This cord may appear as light,

A string,

A rope,

Or color.

It may feel thick or thin.

It may feel heavy or subtle.

There is no right or wrong.

Simply observe.

This cord represents the energetic exchange that has existed,

The connection that has run its course.

You are not cutting the memory or the lesson,

Only the attachment.

As we prepare to release this attachment,

Place one hand on your heart.

Take a slow breath in and exhale fully.

Feel your strength.

Feel your clarity.

Feel your readiness.

Now imagine a tool of light forming in your other hand.

This may appear as scissors,

A sword,

A beam of energy,

Or simply pure intention.

Whatever the tool is,

Know that it is here to serve your highest good.

With your breath steady and your heart open,

Gently lift this tool of light to the cord.

You can say silently or out loud,

I release what no longer belongs to me.

I return to myself.

I reclaim my energy.

When you're ready,

With compassion and certainty,

Cut the cord.

Watch it dissolve into light.

Watch it return back into the universe for healing and transformation.

Feel the space that opens the moment it releases.

Feel the weight lift.

Feel your energy return home.

Now visualize warm golden light filling the space where the cord once was.

Sealing your field,

Supporting your healing,

And restoring your power.

Let this light wash over your whole body.

Imagine it pouring over your crown,

Your mind,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your belly,

Your legs,

All the way down to your feet.

A full reset.

A full reclaiming.

A full return to self.

Place both hands over your heart and slowly,

Deeply take an inhale into your body.

And a soft grounded exhale.

Say silently to yourself,

I am free.

I am whole.

I am aligned with my highest good.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly bring awareness back to your current space.

Take time to observe how you are feeling now that that attachment has been released.

Now that that cord has been cut.

Now that you are free.

Return to your day renewed,

Clear,

And empowered.
