Welcome,
My name is Staré and today I'm going to guide you through a self-love meditation designed to help you release self-doubt and reconnect with your innate worth.
There is nothing you need to fix or change here,
Simply allow yourself to receive.
As you settle in,
Take a few deep breaths,
Allowing the day's worries to melt away.
With each exhalation,
Envision any self-doubt,
Criticism,
And negativity being released from your being.
As you go deeper into relaxation,
Acknowledge your presence in this moment and the journey that has led you here.
Inhale through your nose and then exhale through your mouth.
Continue to take deep,
Full breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Become aware of the state of your body and the quality of your mind.
Begin by placing your hands over your heart,
Feeling the rhythm of the beat.
Allow your mind to sync with this rhythm of your heart as you continue to recite these mantras to yourself.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
Notice how you feel as you say these words to yourself.
Now picture a color that you find calming and soothing.
Imagine inhaling this color through your nose as a mist as you inhale.
Let this colored mist swirl throughout your body,
Starting with the crown of your head.
Allow the mist to work down through your body,
Your chest,
Your core,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Down to the root of your feet.
Allow the colored mist to resonate and vibrate throughout each little part of your body.
Bathing you in the color of the mist,
In a healing and loving light.
Picture this mist swirling around and centering at your heart as it becomes more concentrated in color.
Feel the warmth and allow this mist to envelop you in self-love and healing.
Notice how this feels to you.
With each inhalation,
Envision this color or colors growing brighter.
Their warm embrace softening the edges of self-criticism,
Self-doubt,
And judgment,
Nurturing you with self-love.
Engage in a gentle dialogue with yourself.
Reflecting on your strengths,
Appreciating your efforts,
And forgiving your shortcomings.
Allow this dialogue to be guided by compassion,
Observing without judgment,
Accepting with love,
And nurturing a compassionate relationship with yourself.
As you slowly transition back to the earthly realm,
Back to your current space,
Carry with you the seeds of self-love and compassion and grace that you've sown during this meditation.
Integrate these seeds into your daily actions,
Thoughts,
And self-talk.
Allow the essence of self-love to be the guiding light in your journey of healing,
Of self-discovery,
And of growth.
