Today you reclaim your right to say no with your whole body and to say no without guilt.
Let's begin.
Stand or sit with a tall spine and I recommend standing for this practice.
Bonus points if you can do this in front of a mirror.
You'll get so much more out of this if you can do it in front of a mirror today.
I'll give you a few moments to get yourself settled.
Feeling your feet rooting into the earth.
Place your hands on your hips in a Wonder Woman stance.
Feel your power in this stance.
I want you to think of a recent time you said yes when you wanted to say no.
Or maybe you feel that people take advantage of you or they treat you with disrespect.
Let whatever these memories evoke within you to boil and bubble.
Let them come up.
Let it rise.
Take a moment in your Superwoman stance to feel how these emotions feel within you.
And if you're standing in front of a mirror,
Look into your eyes.
Begin to notice as you stand here that it almost feels difficult to feel powerless in this position.
This is a somatic response to this power pose.
The more you stand in this pose,
The more stuff can bounce off of you.
The more you stand in this pose,
The more you feel confident in your power.
So take that in.
Allow this powerful feeling to wash over you.
Adjust your stance.
Notice if you're slouching.
Shoulders back.
Neck high.
Face forward.
And now,
Take a breath in through the nose and exhale while sounding no powerfully through the mouth.

Do this one more time.

Now bring your hands in front of your body with your palms facing outward.
And as you inhale,
Just stand in your power pose with your hands in front of you.
And as you exhale,
Press your palms forward and say no.
Breathing in,
