This is a sacred journey back to your body's yes.
Not the logical yes,
Not the polite yes,
But the full body,
Soul aligned,
Intuitive yes.
The yes that pulses from deep within you.
Take a moment to arrive here.
Find a quiet space that feels soothing and nourishing.
Somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
You can choose to sit or lie down.
Whatever feels best for you.
Use any props that you need.
You can place a pillow under your head if you're laying down.
An eye pillow over your eyes so that you can have a more internal experience.
Even a blanket over your shoulders.
And let's begin.
Start by placing both hands on the top of your head.
Just feel your palms come into contact with your crown.
Just breathing here.
And now slowly and mindfully trace your palms down to your temples,
Down the side of your face,
Along your neck,
To your collarbone,
And then down your waist,
All the way down your thighs,
And then resting your hands,
Palms down on your knees.
Tuning into your breath here.
You can begin sliding your palms up and down your thighs if that feels soothing.
Feeling the warmth of your hands and the heat that you're generating here.
Notice how this grounds you.
Feel yourself centering here.
And when you're ready,
Place your palms on the ground below you and press them into the earth.
Feel the earth beneath you,
Noticing the weight of your body.
With each exhale,
You're allowing yourself to drop,
Melt down into the ground,
Allowing the earth to hold you here.
And bringing your full,
Complete breath into your belly.
Feeling the belly expand as you inhale,
And allowing it to soften as you exhale.
Noticing your belly button pulling in towards your spine with every exhale and with every inhale,
Allowing your belly to expand,
Letting the breath be natural,
Complete,
Nourishing.
And now gently place one hand on your belly and one over your heart.
Feel your body breathing.
Feeling your body listening.
And now we'll move into the activation.
Bring your awareness to your solar plexus,
Space just above your navel.
This is the center of your inner fire,
Your truth,
Your willpower,
And you can visualize a soft or a bright yellow light in this space.
Breathing into this space.
Feeling this space rise and expand with each inhale.
And you can imagine the bright yellow light is growing brighter as you soften.
And on every exhale,
Just releasing any tension or tightness that remains in the body,
Letting it go.
And now beginning to softly tone,
Letting sound rise from this center.
So you might hum,
You might sigh,
Or maybe you want to roar or scream.
Allow whatever arises from this space to make its way out of your body.
Whatever feels natural,
Allow it to vibrate through your belly and really focusing on allowing this sound to come from the solar plexus.
Putting all of your awareness in this space.
I'll let you have a few minutes to explore this.
And as you do,
You can allow your body to move.
If it wants to move,
You can add a gentle sway,
Maybe some spirals or a juicy stretch.
Just follow the impulse.
Allow yourself to release.
And now bringing your awareness lower to the sacral chakra,
Just below the navel,
The space of your womb.
This is the seed of your desire,
Your sensuality,
Your inner knowing.
Breathe into this space.
Place your hands here.
Be still.
So if you're moving,
Allow yourself to come to stillness.
Allow all your awareness to draw inward into your womb space.
Placing your hands on your womb.
And now ask,
What does yes feel like in my body?
Say this aloud.
And then listen.
Notice any sensation,
Image,
Or movement that comes up.
Maybe it's a color.
Maybe it's a gentle warmth.
Maybe it's a pulse.
And you can ask it one more time.
What does yes feel like in my body?
Listen for the feedback.
And now whispering softly,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,

Yes.
Let your voice find a rhythm.
Let the yes guide your body.
Feel what yes feels like in your body.
Feel your yes expanding.
Feel it becoming more familiar,
More embodied,
More yours.
Yes,

Maybe you want to get louder with your yes now.
So allow it to evolve from a whisper to a hell yes.
Maybe you want to play with your yes.
Allow it to get louder,
More vibrant.
Let it ring through your body.
Feel it.
And now let's finish with integrating.
So taking a deep inhale.
And exhale with a sigh.
H-A-R.
Allowing your body to come to stillness.
Letting it settle.
Placing your hands gently on your heart or any place that feels true.
Maybe it feels good to raise your hands above your head.
In a receiving position.
A full body yes to the universe.
Or maybe you want to place your hands in front of your heart.
One on top of the other like a cup.
Like you're ready to receive a gift.
Breathing in and out.
Say silently or aloud.
I trust my yes.
