Can you just sit here with me for a few moments and honor exactly what's going on in your life right now?
Honor the day you're having.
Honor how your day is unfolding.
Honor how your week is unfolding.
Honor everything you've been through.
And just breathe into some space.
Let your whole breath,
Relax and expand your body.
Let your lungs actually relax and expand their capacity.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your legs relax.
Lay your hands over your heart.
And just rest here.
Just as you are just for a few moments.
Let's stop chasing to become anything more.
Let's stop needing to activate ourselves,
To shed ourselves,
To release,
To purge,
To do anything.
Let's just be.
Let's just enter this new year as we are.
Without needing to push,
Without needing to force,
Without needing to pressure ourselves to be better.
You are already enough.
I just want you to breathe into that statement,
Into that affirmation.

Without any change at all,
Are enough.

Without needing to fix or force or pressure yourself,
You are enough.

As you just breathe into this space,
Are enough.
There's so much noise in the outer world.
It just keeps getting noisier.
So it is our responsibility to bring ourselves back to silence,
To bring ourselves back to stillness,
To bring ourselves anchored back into the body,
To bring ourselves back into the constant stability that is always within us.
And it just takes a few moments,
It just takes a few breaths,
To anchor into that stabilized,
Regulated body.
Give yourself the space to let it happen.
Give yourself the space to just breathe into everything you are in this moment.
Give yourself the space to just breathe and to just regulate and relax.
You are already doing enough.
You are already successful enough.
You are already wealthy enough.
It's not about the external world and what it is mirroring to you.
It's actually about how you feel in your own body.
How you feel from the inside out.
So giving yourself the space,
The time to nurture this grounded,
Rooted enoughness is where you enter into the wholeness that is already within you,
That is welcoming you into a state of peaceful stability,
To let you rest in all that already is.
2026 is actually about resting into the wholeness that you already are.
It's already within you.
Leave the noise of the outer world out there and give yourself time to come back home to yourself,
To come back home to your center,
To give the space necessary for you to anchor and root yourself into a stabilized,
Regulated body so that you can be in a state of peace and just breathe into the space that is already within you,
That is already stable and already whole.
That is where you rest in enoughness.
That is where the statement,
The affirmation,
I am enough,
Lands and begins.
Your center,
Your core,
Already knows that it is worthy,
Already knows that it is enough without you doing anything.
Your core,
Your soul frequency,
Your essence within the very depths of your heart,
It already knows without you needing to do anything,
That it is enough,
That it exists,
And that is enough.
Whatever the noise of the outside world is telling you that you need to do,
Need to become,
Need to change,
Need to fix,
You,
My love,
Are enough,
Just as you are in this moment.
Anytime you listen to this,
You are enough,
Just as you are in this moment.
That is what we are claiming in 2026.
Resting as we are honoring all we've already been through.
Honoring all that we already are.
Being open to receiving everything that we already are,
That we've already worked through,
The fire we've already been through,
The depths of the darkness we've already crawled through.
Enough is enough.
And now we rest in everything that we already are.
Give yourself time every day to rest in the space within you that already knows that it is whole and complete and enough.
It lives and breathes within you in every moment throughout your existence,
In this life and beyond.
It is the essence of the all.
It is not lacking anything.
It already knows that it is perfect and it is whole because it is a fractal of the all.
Let's honor that space.
Let's honor that knowing.
Let's honor that wholeness and that enoughness.
And if that brings up strong emotions,
Breathe and rest here even deeper.
Breathe your way through that emotion.
Emotions last how long?

Let it be the emotion that it is and come back to the stable,
Grounded,
Rooted wholeness that already lives within you.
