I invite you to find that comfortable space in the seat you've chosen to softly close your eyes and take a deep inhale into this moment.
Full exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go of any expectation,
Any sense of wrong or right.
Just be with it.
Go with it.
As we connect in with our beautiful sense of water,
Your body is made up of so much water.
Water connects you to your emotions,
To being in the flow,
And to relying on your intuition.
As you breathe,
Feel the sense of your breath like an ocean wave,
The ebb and flow of water right within you.
I invite you to sense that you are near a body of water.
Where is it?
In a lush jungle or a mountain lake?
You may tell yourself where this water is,
Know it,
Or see it.
What's the temperature of the air around you?
You go to this body of water,
A beautiful temperature.
Allow yourself to dip a toe into it.
Soft ripples ripple through the water as it calms.
And you step into it.
Lay back into the water so you can just float.
Feel that sense of the water touching your body as you inhale,
Feeling the lightness and support.
Exhale,
Allowing yourself to just let go.
Feeling heavy,
Releasing.
Letting your body relax,
Eyes relaxing behind your eyelids,
Jaw releasing,
Shoulders down and back,
Belly fully breathing,
Legs letting go,
Floating,
Water surrounding you.
Notice how your body is also made up of so much water.
There is spaciousness between every cell of your body,
Immersed in the water,
Space between every cell,
Floating.
Imagine you are part of this water,
Supported.
What if there is no separation between you and the water?
You are the water.
You are pure consciousness itself.
What does the water teach you about going with the flow?
Cleansing every cell of your being?
Water governs your intuition and emotions.
When you tune out all of the shoulds,
Shoulds and could do's,
We just throw out the debates,
The logic,
We throw it overboard.
You are pure consciousness here.
You are guided here,
Pure consciousness.
In this space,
Ask your consciousness,
Your intuition a question.
Allow yourself to receive guidance.
It may be a feeling,
Allowing your emotions to guide you and know that any thoughts that come up for you are a direct result of your intuition.
Let messages flow into your awareness through thoughts,
Feelings,
Images,
Just go with it.
Flow with and in the experience.
Where does the water take you?
What wisdom comes to you?
What feelings around your situation?
It's reasonable.
As you now hear my voice,
I invite you to come back to the felt sense of your body crystallized into being,
Floating on the water.
You are always part of this pure consciousness and you can access it anytime you desire,
Feeling yourself just floating.
Take the water for the clarity it brings.
And completing your time here for now,
Begin to make your way back out of the water,
Comfortable,
Safe,
Secure.
You make your way back to your seat where you now sit.
Knowing this experience may give you wisdom right here in this moment and it may come to you over the next day or week.
Just being aware,
Allowing in this wisdom and guidance from this session.
When you're ready,
