Welcome dear ones,

This meditation is designed to come home to yourself,

To wash off the stressors of the day and any energy you've picked up from other people,

Any tension.

Let's release it as we come home to you through this beautiful guided journey.

And as you move through this meditation,

You might find yourself less swayed and affected by the stressors of others.

As you release and cleanse your own energy,

You might find even greater peace and joy in the world around you and within.

Let's find ourselves guided towards greater hope and perhaps even greater joy.

To begin this meditation,

I invite you just to find a comfortable seat or to even lie down,

Finding a space and place where you can relax.

And if you choose,

You might desire to close your eyes or let your gaze simply soften.

Let's pay attention to the breath.

Perhaps you simply follow the breath,

Noticing its natural support for your very being,

Without asking anything of you.

Notice how it feels perhaps to take a deeper inhale,

And how cleansing and releasing it is to fully exhale,

Really letting go,

Perhaps taking those deeper inhales a few more times.

What else in your body desires to relax or release a little deeper with that exhale?

Our breathing helps us focus on the inner space and release tension,

Worries,

And disruptive energy that flows on the outside,

Those areas that are on the external layers of our being.

As you take deep breaths,

The energy starts flowing down into your body,

From the head,

Down to your toes,

And back out into the universe.

Feel with every breath,

More and more energy cascading down,

Through your head,

Your shoulder,

And down to your chest,

Down through the stomach,

Calming and soothing all the organs.

Notice the breath through the dantian,

The core of your being,

Just about an inch and a half from your belly button,

And out into the universe.

Feel yourself relax.

Perhaps you notice the tension in the muscles releasing,

Just as they are ready on their own time,

As there is no wrong or right.

Giving permission to the skin of your scalp relaxing,

And perhaps even your jaw ready to release a little bit more.

The tongue might release away from the roof of your mouth,

And perhaps you find your shoulders desiring to drop down.

The muscles of the back have permission to relax too,

And you might find yourself soothing down all the muscles.

And now focusing just on your breath,

If thoughts come in,

Perhaps you allow them to pass.

There's no need to stop and talk to them.

You might just observe them,

And allow them to go freely.

And now you might find yourself more and more relaxed,

Allowing your breath to become deeper and deeper,

Until you make your way into feeling at one with the universe,

With that rhythm that makes your heart beat.

The blood flowing through your veins,

That allows your eyes to sparkle,

And your hair to grow.

Perhaps you allow yourself to just be that being that you call yourself.

And it's important to remember to be at one with your being.

We're often so busy doing other things that we can forget to just be.

And now I invite you to visualize a beautiful light,

Cascading down like a shower of light from above,

Almost like fireworks of light,

Cascading down in and around you,

Sparkles and beautiful balls of light illuminating every pore of your being.

This light now takes on a beautiful pale blue color,

Like the light color of the sea,

A nice warm Mediterranean sea.

This beautiful blue light is flowing into your body,

Enveloping your being with this lovely blue light.

With every breath you take,

It flows and envelops you with love and protection.

Feel how it adjusts your chakras to flow in synchronicity and harmony.

Feel how it soothes any nervous and thoughtful tension and anxiety.

This warm light,

Blue light,

It just leaves you calm,

Quiet,

And still.

A warm,

Beautiful color that washes away any negativity that has been there all week,

Any emotional upset,

Leaving you nice and calm.

And if this light sees any negativity,

It bounces off like a firework,

Sparkling away,

Burning away that tension,

Soothing any knots.

Allow yourself to bask in this beautiful light as you feel yourself enjoying this color.

Feel it sweeping over your body,

Down to your toes,

And out of your body,

Taking away all that you no longer need on an emotional level.

The light and energy continue to pour from above,

But this time it changes colors.

It shifts to a beautiful pink color,

Maybe a slight tinge of pink and green together.

And if you prefer the green,

And you feel this is the green pouring down upon you,

Then that is your color.

If you prefer and have a tendency to the pink,

Then this is the color you need,

Or even perhaps a bit of both.

This lovely color of your choosing flows down from the top of your head into your body,

Making your body smile,

Relax,

And unfold itself like a flower in the sunshine.

Allow this lovely energy to pour into your body.

This energy goes to a much higher vibration,

And it touches those areas that the other energies could not touch.

These areas are the hormonal energies and down to the small molecular changes.

This light balances your body,

Leaving the yin and the yang parts of your being in harmony.

This energy flows around your eyes,

Down towards the lymphatic system,

Making your blood circulation flow freely,

And your body sing with the being of life and joy.

And you might feel the positive emotions surging with this color.

The body breathes in hope.

The body breathes in joy.

And now feeling relaxed,

Knowing yourself,

Your worth,

And your value as who you truly are.

Bask in this color as you would in warm sunlight.

Allow it to soak into your body,

To where it needs to go and flow,

Taking away all the baggage that is no longer needed,

Any negativity that might have been in the body,

Any tension.

Allow it to flow away from your being.

The energy continues to pour down.

This time,

It's a beautiful deep red energy,

Deep velvet red,

Almost a maroon color,

Flowing down gently and soothingly.

It's a different energy now,

Heavier,

Like a cloak.

It buzzes around you,

Enveloping and protecting you,

Reminding you that your body is as important as your emotions,

And as your soul,

As your thoughts.

And giving it its due,

The weight of remembering that is as important as anything else,

Perhaps even more,

Because the body is a tool that allows you to manifest your being as a spiritual being inside the body.

Allow this red velvet energy to cascade down and go to those areas that need help and support.

And as this energy continues to flow out of your feet,

Perhaps you can visualize a door in front of you.

We are going to approach that door,

And as we cross the threshold,

We enter a beautiful space where you will meet your guide.

You'll go on a journey to the place where you've been once before,

The valley of life.

You now begin to cross the valley with its beautiful field around you.

In the distance,

You see some mountains far away.

You see how they rise up to meet the sky.

The grass is soft and fresh under your feet.

The wind gently moves the flowers and trees on your way,

Touching your face,

Playing with your hair.

And as you walk down the field,

You see a beautiful big tree in the middle of the field.

Take your time to approach that tree.

Notice what you feel and what you experience on the way.

You see some birds singing in the sky.

Some trees you notice on the right and on the left.

Perhaps now,

Pay attention to the guide whom you chose to come with you on your journey.

Is this someone you know?

Perhaps someone you love?

Is this someone who has passed and now comes to look after you and support you?

And as you finally reach the tree,

You see that it is a big old oak tree.

A huge oak tree.

You stand next to it,

Under the beautiful crown of its branches,

And you feel the energy that's coming from it.

The energy of strength.

You now stand straight next to the roots of the tree,

And feel the strength and the energy through your feet going up into your body.

You feel the energy of strength from this tree,

Sharing in it the rootedness of your feet connected to the roots of this tree,

Sharing the energy of strength.

And as you breathe and receive that energy,

It feels as if perhaps you have become a tree,

Noticing your roots,

Your branches.

During our everyday life,

We are bombarded with thoughts and emotions,

Those of our own and those of others.

Imagine you can see your body in an energy way,

As if you see it on a computer,

So that all you see,

Instead of your body,

Is layers upon layers of a body of light.

Different gradations of energy,

Like a rainbow folded into itself.

Visualize now all these different energies that bounce to that field from other people.

It's like being attacked by meteorites,

Continuous pummeling of others of other energies,

Others thoughts,

Others emotions.

If we are not focused on our inner being and our strength,

Look what happens.

These energies can begin to erode our being,

Getting into the core of our rainbow being and affecting it.

It might shrink a bit or feel lower vibration energies because it's allowing these other influences to enter and influence who it truly is.

So as we stand there,

As a being of light under that beautiful tree that gives us strength,

We are breathing this strength and we remember who we are.

That we are the body of light.

You are a being of light.

We're now going to visualize a film,

A little film,

Where we're going to see one thing about ourselves that we love most.

It might be something simple like your ability to choose the colors of the clothes you like to wear or for decorating the house.

It might be your ability to fix little things when needed,

Or perhaps something that you're really good at,

And maybe something no one else really knows about.

This might even be your ability to remember numbers,

Or to write beautifully,

Or remember dates and information that others consider insignificant.

What's most important is that you find something that you love about yourself and visualize yourself doing that something you love in that little film,

Inside that body of light,

As if it's on a little screen.

Go ahead and visualize that now,

Seeing yourself doing that thing that you love about you.

I invite you to feel the feeling you feel when you see yourself doing that something you love.

Perhaps even feel the corners of your mouth lifting up in joy and happiness because you do that something you love,

And you feel the lightness of being that enters when you do that something you love.

Now we're going to reverse that little film back,

Like you're rewinding it,

To think back to another something you love about yourself,

Something that really makes you happy.

Perhaps you love to listen to music,

Or to be somewhere you just love to be.

Take a moment bringing that to mind,

And now watch it unfold again in this film.

Feel how wonderful you feel,

How light.

Look at the faces of those around you in your daily life who would notice that you are doing something you love,

And that it makes you happy.

Feel the energy that empowers you when you do this.

We're now going to rewind that little film yet again,

And you're going to do one more thing that you really love doing.

Perhaps walking your dog,

Or sitting on a bench on a nice day.

Watch yourself now in that little film,

And that empowering experience you so love doing.

Now feel this feeling of power and energy that fills your being with these experiences combined.

Combine the emotions that you saw in these three films.

The energy of the tree fills you up with strength,

And you remember now your own being,

Your own strength and core.

As the energy continues to cascade,

You are empowered,

And remember to be who you are at all times.

If we look now at the body of light that is still standing there under the tree,

We will see that although the energies from outside continue to fly around,

The body of light has grown so strong that they are now insignificant.

What used to be almost threatening and attack is now merely like a scratch,

Or like a little mosquito zooming around.

They are not important.

They are nothing that can affect you,

Because your being is so strong and powerful now,

Because your light shows them what their light is,

Because you are here to empower and enlighten your being.

The stronger the light within,

The stronger you can affect others because that beautiful light is shining from within,

Outwards into the universe,

Sharing your love to do and be who you truly want to be.

Notice how big this body of light has become,

Almost as tall as the tree,

Perhaps even touching the branches.

Feel the energy cascading around,

Your own energy,

Like a shimmering rainbow of lights and colors.

Feel the beautiful,

Cascading energy that flows from within outwardly,

Almost as if you have become a sun or the source of light to others.

Now you are a source of light to others.

Now you are the one that gives the strength to the tree.

You are the light to which the leaves are turning,

Absorbing the joy and the love and the amazing potential to be who you truly are.

And as you go down to become aware of the physical body,

Perhaps your energy now becomes less physical,

The strength and the presence is there.

You now walk out from under the tree,

Still feeling that energy pulsating in and around you.

Near the tree,

You notice a river.

On one side of the river,

Just where you are,

There is a bench overlooking the river.

If you decide you wish to sit on that bench,

You can take some time to have a little chat with that guide who came with you on your journey.

Perhaps you see yourself just sitting on that bench with your guide,

And there is something that your guide wishes to tell you or to give you.

Notice what that is,

And you might even understand the significance.

Perhaps you wish to share something with your guide,

Desiring support,

Or asking a question.

As you sit near the river,

Notice how the water flows swiftly away.

If there is something that burdens you or something you want to get rid of on an emotional or physical level,

Allow yourself to pour it into the water so it is swiftly carried away,

Cleansing you,

Cleansing your energy,

Leaving you just pulsating with that strength of being and your amazing presence as a being of light.

It also leaves you with great appreciation for life and for those skills that you are given.

You were given at birth many talents,

And it's up to you to choose which ones you desire to develop and which you choose to become.

It is this choice that makes you the true being of light and shows the strength of your own being and of free will to be who you wish to be.

You now continue down to the field,

Feeling the grass under your feet once again,

Passing the birds and the trees,

Going back to the threshold.

And as you come out,

You slowly go up till you slowly reach back to the room where you now sit.

You might thank your guide sincerely for coming with you and supporting you.

And as it's time to come back in your own time,

You might become aware of the place where you now sit.

You might notice how your back touches the back of your chair.

Perhaps you feel how the breath feels in your body,

And how the body feels the energy of the experience.

In your own time,

I invite you,

If your eyes are closed,

To open them softly and gently and come back to the room where you are now.

And as we bring this journey to a close,

Thank you so much for joining this meditation today.

I hope you'll remember yourself as a much stronger being,

And as the energy continues to flow through you,

You are empowered.

Remembering to be who you truly are at all times.
